Y/n was thrilled to be spending the summer with her best friends, Barbie "Malibu" Roberts and Barbie "Brooklyn" Roberts, at a beautiful beachside resort. As a reward for their courage, Isla offered them the chance to remain as mermaids and continue exploring the underwater world. While it was tempting, Y/n and her friends knew they had to return to their lives on land. However, they were grateful for the incredible adventure they had shared and the new powers they had discovered within themselves.
Before they left, Isla gifted Y/n with the magical shell, telling her that it would always connect her to the ocean and that she could return whenever she wished. With a final farewell to their mermaid friends, Y/n, Malibu, Brooklyn, and the others returned to the surface, transforming back into their human forms.
Back on land, the summer continued, but things felt different. Y/n, Malibu, and Brooklyn knew that they would always carry the memories of their mermaid adventure in their hearts. They had learned the true power of friendship, bravery, and believing in themselves.
