Jaemin is currently wrapped in Mark's arms slowly dancing in the middle of the ballroom. They haven't really spoken since the proposal but it's ok, it's the good kind of silence.
"You actually want to marry me?" Jaemin finally asks softly. Mark pauses their dancing in favor of holding his face in his hands.
"I'm sorry I wasn't able to treat you like a boyfriend this whole time. I'm sorry if I caused you any pain Jaemin. I fell for you the first time I saw your pretty smile. I've wanted nothing more than to hold you in my arms, kiss you, tell you how special you are and tell you I love you. I wanted to tell the world how much you mean to me, but I couldn't even tell you and I know this is kind of unfair of me to ask you to marry me when I haven't been able to do those things but it was the only way." Jaemin leans forward and kisses him softly.

"It is kind of a big deal to go from what I thought was unrequited love to marriage but I want to be with you and if this is the only way then I guess I'm getting married." He says shyly. Mark smiles and kisses him once more.
"Just so you know, by saying yes, it isn't written in stone. We can set the date for whenever we want and in that time, if you find you don't want to marry me you are free to walk away." Jaemin looks thoughtfully at him.
"From what I know about you, just being in your presence and all the times we've hung out as friends, I'm sure we will be very compatible." Mark smiles softly.
"Ok, but what if I can't satisfy you sexually? You know I'm inexperienced." Mark says with red tinted cheeks.
Jaemin cups his cheeks and kisses his lips.
"I know I'm sexy as hell but I have only been with one person and it was a long time ago. I'm not really that experienced either but I think if you put your heart in it, you will be more than enough for me."

Mark's hands find his waist to pull him in for a slow sensual kiss. Jaemin can feel it in his toes.
"Yeah, just like that." He says not losing eye contact.
"I would love nothing more than to take you to my room and make you feel good right now." Jaemin nods.
"I would like that, a lot." He says still staring into his mesmerizing eyes.
"Will you still feel this way after I introduce you to my parents and the world?" Jaemin's jaw drops.
"World?" Mark nods. I have to take you up those stairs and introduce you, are you ok with this?" He nods slowly.
"Yeah, I can handle it."

Mark takes his hand and carefully guides him up the large staircase. The crowd starts to go silent as they wait for the official announcement. They walk to where his parents are sitting and he clutches Mark's hand tighter.
"Mom, dad, this is Na Jaemin, he is the person I love. I hope you will accept him with an open heart." Jaemin is sweating bullets, he didn't know they had to accept him. His mind is racing with thoughts of why they wouldn't like him, the biggest one being, he's a boy.
They look him over as they sit expressionless.

"Can you tell us what your intentions are with our son? It's obvious that he has feelings for you or he wouldn't have asked." He clears his throat and looks to Mark for reassurance, he gets a soft smile and a nod.

"Honestly, when I first met him I didn't know who he was. I didn't know he had this title. In fact our first meeting was when I was being harassed by a group of boys in the locker room. They were saying awful things about me. They knew I was, well that I liked boys so they thought that meant I was slutty. They tried to touch me and had me backed in a corner until he came. He walked right through that group of boys and stood in front of me and told them to leave me alone and made them apologize for treating me badly. I didn't know why they listened so well to him until some time later but, it was after they left." He pauses and looks at Mark with an undeniable love in his eyes.

"He took my shaky hand in his and asked me if I was ok. He stayed by my side until I felt ready to walk away. I knew right away it was just a crush, but every time we would see each other after that, he made sure to ask if I was ok. If I struggled to carry my books he would carry them. He always went out of his way to take care of me and before too long I felt it. I loved him, I love him. I waited for a long time, years in fact, hoping he would ask me out but he never did.
When I finally decided I was going to be brave and tell him my feelings I heard the rumors that he chose a bride. I was devastated. I knew it couldn't be me because he had never told me his feelings. I assumed he must have had a girlfriend off campus." He looks at Mark, both of them are crying.
