--- Bucky's Point of View ---

"You are really going to try and sneak past the guards that you are sure are around her just so you can get some action before your wedding, is that what you are telling me?" Sam asked, I turned and gave him a smile. His expression was one of amusement and equal parts astonished.

"That is exactly what I am planning on doing." I confirmed.

"You know you don't have to sneak in right, if you press the matter chances are they will let you see her, she's not being kept from you."

I smiled more to myself than him.

"Where is the fun in that? I want a challenge; all you have to do is create a slight diversion and cover for me if someone asked where I am."

"You are crazy."

"For her. So if someone asked where I am?"

"Okay I'll help – I'll say that you drank too much and are sleeping, even thought that is impossible given your super soldier DNA."

I smiled at him, he was right, but I had a feeling most people wouldn't really be aware of that fact and just take what he says at face value.

"Perfect."

He shook his head and laughed at me, he was right, this was a little bit unhinged, but I was going to have so much fun doing this.

I was about to walk out the door when something moved behind me, my super soldier hearing made me turn and Sam turned as well.

"It really is bad luck to see the bride before the wedding, even by Asgardian standards."

"Oh you are so not going to stop me here."

"I don't intended to, but you should at least humor me by doing a Asgardian drinking tradition before you go and... see her."

--- Chase's Point of View ---

I was relaxing in the room that has been dubbed the 'bridal suite', our twins were taken to be minded for the night, I had helped them sleep, they were tired from all the new sights and sounds and activity, they wanted me relaxed tonight and taking it easy.

So I was having a glass of wine and watching the city lights.

They brought me a board of cheese, bread and fruit, and I honestly felt like a queen.

I was laying down on the couch and took out a few deep breaths.

When I felt something was off.

I sat up and looked around, I got up and walked to the door, looking out of it saw the guards that were nearby but not at my door.

Why on earth was I suddenly so antsy?

I turned and looked at the wide balcony window, standing there was Bucky.

It took my brain more than a few seconds to realize that no, this wasn't my Bucky, reason being that his hair was long now, and he had a full grown beard.

"James."

"Doll."
