You sit upright feeling wide awake next to Ben, who was sound asleep. You watch his calm form as silent tears roll down your cheeks. You wipe them away, letting out quiet shaky breaths. Ben suddenly rolled over and sat up, turning his body towards you. He sighed and wiped the tears away from under your sleep deprived eyes. He kissed your forehead.
"Go to sleep Ben, it's late." You sigh
"I can't sleep anymore [f/n]. I know you're always awake and crying after I fall asleep." He sighs softly
He places his forehead against yours, kissing your nose. You break down completely and throw your arms around him, burying your face in his shoulder. He cradles your head and rocks you back and forth, singing Little Do You Know in your ear softly.
"Ben.." You sob "I love you"
"I love you too baby girl." He smiles softly, closing his eyes
He lays back down, still holding you in his arms. You cuddle up to him and the two of you eventually fall asleep together.
