PVRIS - Ghosts
You glance around your dark room, your blankets and sheets wrapped around your body as your adjusted eyes scan the room. Watching the different sized shadows roaming around you. You hold your blankets tightly and bury your face in them, listening to them taunting you from afar.
"GO AWAY!" You scream into the barriers
They laugh at your feeble attempt at shooing them away and continue their taunting. You quietly cry into your pillow as they get louder.
But it's all interrupted when your door creaks open.
"(l/n)-san?" A voice asks "Are you alright?"
You look up to see none other then Genji, the cyborg of Overwatch. He stood at the doorway letting light flood in behind him. You throw your mountain of blankets and sheets to jump up and tackle him to the ground
"Thank you so much! They wouldn't leave me alone!" You say in happiness
"Whatever do you mean?" He asks, clearly confused and concerned
"The shadows they wouldn't stop being mean to me!"
Genji stares at you for a moment, but wraps his arms around you, picking you up off the ground. He starts down the hallway with you in his arms bridal style.
"Come now (l/n)-san, I shall take you to Zenyetta."
He pecks your forehead and looks down at your bloodshot and tired eyes. You blush at the sudden action but accept it regardless.
