Matt's POV

  "Go home, you're drunk," I sigh as (Y/N) stumbles around. She blows a raspberry at me and giggles. I roll my eyes and go to get Edd. I mean, I love the girl, but she has to calm her drinking. She's turning into Tom. I don't want to date Tom.

  The pub that Tom dragged all if us to wasn't that crowded. I found that several girls were watching me. I got nervous and searched harder for Edd. He could help me. I finally find his green hoodie amongst all the dark colors of drunk people. He was sitting Tom down, whom was way too drunk.

  "Edd... *hic* I'm fine!" Tom whines.

  "Edd, (Y/N) is drunk," I whimper.

  "One at a time!" Edd growls at us. He sits Tom down and goes to find (Y/N). Unfortunately, a drunk Tord found her first. He was flirting with her. It made me fuming. Before Edd could stop me, I punched him. Now he needed a bandage over his nose.

  "What the faen!?" Tord screams in agony.

  "Don't you dare do that again," I hiss. Edd steps between us. His eyes were wide with shock. His hair was messy from trying to keep us from ripping each other apart. His hands were aggressively pushing me and Tord away. (Y/N) was watching in awe.

  "Why did you hit him, Matt?" Edd asked.

  "He was flirting with (Y/N). You know how I feel about her!" I cry. (Y/N) blinks in confusion. She didn't know my feelings for her existed. Well, she was about to. She needed to know.

  "Matt-," Edd started. I turn to (Y/N). All previous aggression had melted away. All that remained was me. I stepped away from Edd and hugged (Y/N).

  "I love you, (Y/N). I always have. Please don't turn me away. I need you in my life. I will compliment you every day, and treat you the way you ought to be. Please, I love you," I whine. (Y/N) blinks and grins.

  "I love you, too, Matt," she purrs drunkenly. I smile from ear to ear as I hold her to my chest. I kiss her head, cheeks, and nose. She blushes madly. She slurs her words. Her eyes twinkled affectionately.

  "Just kiss me already you weirdo," she purrs.

  I gladly accept the offer. I kiss her lips and relish in how soft they were. The world seemed to go into slow motion. It was the moment of my dreams. It seemed as if the whole entirety of Heaven was cheering for me. I held (Y/N) closer.

  We finally broke away. She smiles at me and I smile back. Her hand travels through my ginger hair. I purr and lean into her palm. All of the stars shone in his eyes. I kiss her forehead and smile.

  "You're so pretty," I mumble.

  "And you're handsome," she giggles.

  "Cut the PDA!" Tord growls drunkenly. He was just jealous. Me and (Y/N) walk home while we leave the other three at the pub. The whole world glittered. Nothing seemed dark or scary in the alleys. All I knew was that I had the best woman in the world on my arm.

  "Hey Matt?" she asks. Her voice was like honey to my ears. I realised I was walking on Cloud 9 the whole time after she kissed me. It was great. Yet, it led us to a house different from ours. We lived a block over.

  "Go home," she giggles as the moon shone brightly overhead, "you're drunk."
