Just for fun. Not really an essential chapter. What people we're saying while Sam and Loki were out of the room. ;P

Sam and Mr. Loki both leave the room in a hurry after Mr. Steve gets done telling us what he wants us to do. Everyone is milling around the room getting ready. Mr. Stark looks puzzled he turns to me since I know them a lot better than he does.

"What do you suppose their up to kid?"

I shrug. Ms. Natasha laughs.

"I think we can assume they're going back to their make out session we so rudely interrupted with a mission."

Mr. Doctor Strange looks annoyed.

"I'm sorry is everyone here inept? Why are we acting as if it's not quite a leap that we are suddenly entrusting the fate of the world to Loki? A man who may be involved with Amora's current actions."

Ms. Natasha shakes her head.

"No if Loki was working with her he would have kept his cool and acted with confidence. The fact that he tried to tell us he has nothing to do with this the way he did makes me pretty sure he had no idea she was here."

Mr. Clint nods his head in agreement.

"He looked scared when we all looked over at him like he thought we would take him out right there. If Loki was planning something he wouldn't have done that, he would have been prepared for that reaction from us."

Mr. Rhodey folds his arms over his chest.

"I can't believe this. Seriously? You of all people aren't suspicious?"

"I told the guy I'd give him a chance, you weren't there when he brought Samantha back from a mission when she froze."

Mr. Sam backs Mr. Rhodey up.

"So what? He gets a girlfriend and suddenly we're all completely cool? Don't get me wrong, he's done a lot of good work on the team but trusting him with something like this is a whole nother thing entirely."

Mr. Bucky looks frustrated at Mr. Sam.

"You do realize he was manipulated during New York right?"

"That doesn't mean we can trust him."

Mr. Bucky looks even more frustrated. I know it took some people a long time to trust him when he joined the team.

"No, but five years without any incidents should."

Mr. Doctor Strange lifts his eyebrows.

"What do you mean no incidents? He's always getting into trouble."

Now I'm mad.

"Name one time Mr. Loki has betrayed the team!"

I'm surprised when Mr. Stark backs me up.

"Look the guy's gotten into trouble for going overboard but he's never stabbed us in the back. Not since he joined the team."

Mr. Doctor Strange looks annoyed.

"You are all incredibly naive, yes he's been of help but at any moment that could change he's unstable."

Ms. Natasha looks a bit offended at being called naive which is fair because she's one of the most jaded people here.

"Bottom line is it doesn't matter what you or anyone else thinks Cap is in charge. You don't like it? There's the door."

She angrily gestures to the door. Ironically just as she does this Sam and Mr. Loki return. Everyone suddenly becomes really quiet.
