—-Loki—-

Were all in a meeting at the Avengers compound. Sam holds my hand beneath the table she's trying to put on a brave face but this situation seems hopeless and she's probably on the verge of an anxiety attack. I move my thumb comfortingly over the back of her hand. I want to protect her but this seems too big.

I begin to think of how I can convince her to escape with me to Sakaar, Alfheim, or Vanaheim but I know she'd never run while Midgard's in danger. She's not like me. Leaving without her is out of the question even if I perish with Midgard.

S.H.I.E.L.D is in emergency mode as is every department in charge of law and order. There is panic and looting in the streets. This is the biggest threat this realm has ever faced. I didn't think beings large and powerful enough to consume planets were still around.

I did read of Celestials and similar beings but no account of them has reached Asgard since Buri was on the throne. At least no account of them alive that is. I had heard stories about a being called the destroyer of worlds when I went to battle with Thor and his friends but thought it was only a tall tale just the mythology of the locals, but then again people once thought the same thing of me. Fury cuts through the panicked voices in the room.

"I called for backup but she may not be able to do anything if this being is as powerful as he said does anyone have any ideas?"

Strange speaks up.

"We could work on an evacuation plan I could contact the sanctums around the globe and get as many people off this planet as possible in the next seven days."

Fury looks less than pleased with that plan.

"Stephen that's out of the question, we need a way to fight this thing."

Strange looks exasperated.

"Well unless anyone here is hiding a Cosmic Cube, Ultimate Nullifier, or the other four stones we don't have any other options. Two Infinity Stones isn't enough!"

Thor exchanges a glance with me before he offers new information. I had given him the Space Stone I took from the vault before arriving on Earth I did it to try and gain what little trust I could from him. Evidently it worked because he stood up for me when S.H.I.E.L.D came to collect me.

He made sure they fully investigated my side of the story after what I told him on the ship. That had been a hard conversation to have but I feel now it had helped to tell someone what happened, to no longer carry all of that completely alone. Thor goes on at my approving glance.

"What if I told you New Asgard has the Space Stone."

Everyone looks to us in shock. Fury eyes Thor with suspicion.

"You've had an Infinity Stone this whole time but didn't inform me?"

I cut in.

"People don't try and steal what they don't know is there we didn't want to risk the news getting out that we were harboring the Tesseract."

Fury sighs. And Thor offers even more information.

"We also have a definite location on the Reality Stone in Knowhere, it's an alien mining colony in the head of a dead Celestial."

He gets blank stares and unbelieving looks from the team. What he's said sounds foreign to them. Tony sighs.

"I'm not even going to ask."

Fury thinks for a moment.

"Alright then let's say we do get the four stones something tells me it's not gonna matter if we don't get all six"

Strange nods.

"We need all six it's plausible that we could get some information from those in Knowhere about the location of the Power Stone but the location of the sixth stone has been lost to the ages."

Or so it would seem. My memories flash back to a conversation between two of Thanos' daughters that I'd overheard while only half conscious from my torture. It took place only shortly before I was sent out to retrieve the Tesseract for Thanos.

::::::::
'You know what he's about to do. He's finally ready, and he's going for the stones. All of them.'

'He can never get them all.'

'He will!'

'He can't, Nebula. Because I found the map to the Soul Stone and I burnt it to ash. I burnt it.'
::::::

Gamora that's the name of the woman we need to track down, Thanos' favorite daughter.

"Not quite, I know someone who knows. The only issue will be tracking her down though she's well known throughout the Andromeda Galaxy."

Thor raises his eyebrows and Sam looks at me curiously. I've never shared this information with anyone before, it's never been important. Sam asks first.

"Who is she?"

"The favorite daughter of Thanos."

The room shifts this course of action suddenly looks much more plausible. Wanda pounds her hand on the table looking both angry and scared.

"Wait! We can't do this! The Mind Stone is apart of Vision."

Vision takes her hand trying to calm her down.

"Darling-"

"-We are NOT having this discussion!!"

Vision takes both her hands in his.

"If we can successfully obtain the other stones removing the stone is the only way we can use it to defeat Galactus."

A tear falls from Wanda's eye at the thought of what that would mean.

"That's too high a price!"

Vision wipes the tear from her cheek.

"Galactus threatens the entire planet one life cannot stand in the way of defeating him."

T' Challa speaks up looking at Wanda in concern at her tears.

"No one needs to loose their life if it comes to that we will bring Vision to Wakanda and safely extract the stone there then reattach it when we are done using it."

She looks to him hopefully.

"You can do that?"

"Shuri is a genius, if it is at all possible she will be able to do it."

Wanda nods smiling thankfully. Fury regains our attention.

"Alright Avengers we have a rough plan of action. Now I want everyone to go home and try to get some sleep. We're going to need it."
