49:Stroll in the Woods

We had a peaceful night, Egg recharged on me. And in the morning, a small egg was left by Egg.

"Aww, you laid another one." I said as I looked around the room for her.

She was squatting over the bin and then hopped down.

"You can choose where we put." I said and picked her up. She made purring sounds as I stroked her.

"Okay, I'll give you options and you squawk if you like it." I suggested and she nodded. "Command unit?" I asked and she instantly squawked.

She has to pick the hardest?

"Fine!" I exclaimed and left, popping her in my chassis.

I trotted off to the Command unit, Egg stayed quiet. She probably felt as if she was a surrounded by Turbofoxes.

I got into the command unit and snuck the egg on top of a console. Then I left.

I ended up flying down to the Earth, some way away from the Nemesis. Thirty miles, give or take.

When I landed I let Egg out. I put a cube next to her to refuel, she did so.

"Mission complete." I told her and she jumped happily, one egg may not be enough but as soon as others find their way...

Heh, heh. It's gonna drive 'em all crazy.

Egg quickly finished her cube and looked up at me.

"Wanna go for another walk?" I asked, she got behind me.

Smart Chicken. Let me fall of cliffs instead of herself.

I headed forward. This seemed to be a pine forest. Soo.... Planted trees= Humans?

We walked, twigs snapped beneath our peds, for me more than Egg.

Suddenly I saw a blue figure stalk by.

She did not notice us, I picked up Egg and put a digit to my intake to tell her to be quiet.

Arcee, known for stealth, had no idea I was there.

Lol.

I tip toed over to her.

I had no idea how she didn't hear me. I mean, a large mech, stomping on branches.

Suddenly she turned and roundhouse kicked me in the faceplates. "Ah fuck. I can't believe you've done this." I cursed as I stepped back, almost dropping Egg who let out a squawk of worry.

"Is that a CyberChicken?" She said as she realized I was 'that one'.

"No, It's a Turkey." I said sarcastically and put Egg down.

"It's a Chicken." She said, missing the sarcasm.

"Thanks for the apology." I mumbled as I recovered and looked up at her.

She didn't look sorry in the slightest.

"Why do you hate me?" I asked and she just glared. I stood up straight. "You know, I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't stick my helm so far up my aft."

She turned swiftly on me and went for another kick, I stumbled back.

She nearly hit.

"Gays can't hit straight." I added, simply thoughtless.

She paused, "what makes you say that?" She hissed.

"I mean..." I gestured to her.

"Some sparklings are dropped on their helms but you were clearly thrown at a wall." She snarled and crossed her arms.

I paused, "yea, carrier did that a few times." I said dully and she seemed to care.

"Wait, what?"

"Oh never mind. What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Tracking a life signal, bit of energon." She said hesitantly. "With Ultra Magnus."

"Where is he?" I asked.

"We split up awhile ago."

"Ok." I said..

"And you?"

"Walking Egg." I said and gestured to Egg.

"You named it 'Egg'?" She asked. "Where did you get it anyway?"

"Her." I corrected. "Found her in Skockwave's lab. Optimus helped name her."

"He didn't get to choose though?"

"Nope."

An awkward silence set between us. Then Arcee decided to walk off, holding out the scanner in front of her.

"Where you going?" I asked as Egg and I began trailing her.

"Where the tracker leads me." She said as she kept walking.

"Nice."

She stopped and turned to me. "What are you doing?"

"Following you."

"Why?"

"Dunno."

Her shoulders slumped and she kept walking. Then we heard something up ahead. We stopped dead in our tracks.

"Stay here." Arcee said and I leaned against a tree alongside Egg.

She snuck forward. "You're coming back right?' I asked, I did not get a reply.

Then sticky white stuff glued my arm to the tree.

I stared at it.

"Well, well. Megatron, fancy seeing you here." I turned and saw a spider thing.

I was instantly irritated, I don't know her and she thinks I'm Megatron.

Egg sat behind my ped, hiding. Smart Chicken.

She got closer and tucked her extra legs away, bringing a servo up to my faceplates. Is she horny or something or is she trying to make me uncomfortable?

"Where is your cannon?" She said looking at my webbed up arm.

"Um, I never had one there?" What was I supposed to say?

She looked me in the optics confused. "Your optics?" She stepped back.

"Gorgeous aren't they." I winked, if she gonna try and kill me, I might as well have some fun.

"Oh my lord." She grinned sinisterly.

What in the pits? Bipolar much.

"I didn't know you could joke." She said and clawed my chassis, drawing energon.

What kind of relationship does she have with Megatron?

I saw Arcee behind her in the tree line some way off. She looked disgusted.

I nodded at the spider femme in a silent gesture of: HELP! She got the message and snuck forward, the other femme neared my faceplate.

Egg was still hiding.

Then Arcee lunged at her.

The spider turned just in time and they locked swords.

I watched as they fought, routing for Arcee.

However, the spider webbed her to a tree. "Arcee, fancy seeing you here." She said as she evened her venting.

"She said the same to me." I told Arcee, earning another confused glance from the spider.

"No matter, I'll enjoy killing you." She taunted and raised a sharp leg.

Then...

Egg stepped out from behind my ped.
