Techno POV
"I promise we'll be careful, Dad. You don't need to worry." I reassured Phil for what felt like the hundredth time.
"Just there and back, right?"
"We'll be back in an hour." I replied.
"Hurry up Techno!" Tommy shouted from the front door.
"Be safe." Phil said, hugging me tightly.
"Don't worry, we will be." I gave him a smile before walking towards the door. Wilbur pulled a jacket on as he followed me.
"I call shotgun!" Tommy exclaimed, rushing towards the passenger seat.
"Not this time Toms." I shook my head.
"But-"
"Wilbur gets to ride shotgun." I told him. I heard him mumble under his breath, but I held my ground. This was only the third time I would be driving and I just didn't trust myself yet. If something were to happen... I would never forgive myself if my little brother got hurt.
"Techno, come on." Wilbur complained, pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Coming." I said, quickly getting into the driver's seat.
"I call control of the music!" Tommy yelled, making me roll my eyes. There was no way I could live through an hour drive listening to Tommy's music taste. Luckily, Wilbur felt the exact same way.
"I would rather die than listen to your awful music." Wilbur groaned.
"It's better than yours!"
I shifted the car out of park and we were on our way. Tommy had been begging to go get a new game, saying he would die without it. In the end, I got sick of listening to it. Besides, a new game would shut him up for about a week.
"I hope you brought enough money to pay for the game." Wilbur spoke up, staring at his phone.
"Of course I did!"
"You said that last time and I was stuck paying for it." I muttered.
"I'm a Big Man! I can pay for my own things!" the blonde smirked.
"Getting cocky, are we?" Wilbur perked up. "You better not be."
"It's called confidence Wilbur." Tommy disagreed.
Traffic began to increase as we came to a more urban setting. I kept my eyes on the road, feeling the sweat begin to build up in my hands. I completely zoned out of the conversation, driving as safely as I could. I would be fine. We would be fine.
"Techno?"
I turned to look at my twin who was staring at me.
"You alright?" he asked softly, obviously noting how shaky my hands were.
"Yeah-h." I nodded, I didn't want him to worry.
"We can turn back if your not comfortable." Wilbur continued, glaring at Tommy before he could protest.
"I'm fine Wil." I said, not wanting to disappoint Tommy. He had been looking forward to this all day. I looked back at the road, attempting to relax.
I stopped at a red light, glancing at the window for a moment. Suddenly a car honked, causing me to jump. I sighed, pushing the pedal, forcing the car forward.
Out of nowhere a car backed up, giving me no time to stop. The car crashed into the truck, thrusting us forward. Out of instinct, my arm prevented Wilbur from hitting the dashboard. Our car rolled a few times, finally stopping upside down.
I slowly opened my eyes, not even realizing they were closed. I moved my arm, feeling a rush of pain. I turned, using my other arm to unbuckle my seatbelt. "Wilbur?" I croaked, praying he was okay.
Wilbur groaned beside me, looking up. A large piece of glass cut his head, but other than that he seemed to be okay.
A hand grabbed my arm, slowly pulling me out of the car. Several people were there, speaking words that didn't make sense. Wilbur rushed to me, embracing me tightly.
What about... "Tommy!" I shouted, feeling a burst of energy. That's when I saw him being pulled away in a stretcher. I tried to run after him only to be pulled back by my brother. He pulled me towards another ambulance.
All I could think about was Tommy. My poor little brother now being rushed to the hospital.

I don't know where I was going with this... I've been very sidetracked lately.
Not sure how many parts I'm going to do.
Hope you have a wonderful day!
