Tommy POV

It had been only a few months until he started showing up. Nearly everywhere Tommy went he was there. Around every corner, just smiling at the boy.

To say it freaked Tommy out was an understatement. How did he escape? Didn't they say he was locked away for good? Why didn't he hear the news of his escape? Tommy spent most of his time in his room, avoiding going outside as much as possible. He refused to go anywhere alone.

Every part of Tommy was freaked out, even the parts he didn't understand.

This is all Phil's fault! He should have told us!

This is really scary! When are we going back to the orphanage?

Everyone is this family is so stupid. Why do we even live here?

I want to go home! Don't make us stay here!

Tommy didn't understand. It was like other people were trapped in his body with him. Was he more than one person?

His anxiety only increased from there, every day it grew worse and worse.

What if everyone hates us?

God Phil sucks!

What if Tubbo isn't really our friend?

Man the streets were so much better!

Tommy sighed, holding his head in his hands. What was happening to him? Why was this happening?

"Toms? You alright?" A voice made him snap up. His eyes widened at the sight of Tubbo.

Tears filled his vision as a new voice seemed to take control. Tubbo hates us! Why is he even here? He turned away from the brunette, making the boy stare at him in confusion.

"Tommy?"

"Go away! I don't want to hear it!" Tommy sobbed, throwing himself under his blankets. "You'll just yell at me like last time!"

Tubbo stood very still, trying to think of any time he had ever yelled at the blonde. What on earth was he talking about? "Tommy, I-I have no idea what you're referring to." he began, treading carefully.

"Why do you hate me Tubbo? What did I do!?" Tommy whined, bursting into more tears, if that was even possible.

Tubbo approached the blonde slowly, hoping to calm down somehow. "Tommy, you need to breathe." he whispered, not daring to touch the boy.

Tommy whimpered, beginning to gasp for breath. He began to hyperventilate as panic took over. "Everyone hates me- No one likes me! What-what am I going to do?!" he yelled, beginning to tug at his hair.

Tubbo bit his lip, glancing towards the door. Should he get someone else? But that would mean he would have to leave Tommy and that was the last thing he wanted to do when he was in a state like this. Softly, he began murmuring in a calm manner. "Breathe in, breathe out... breathe in, breathe out..."

Tommy froze, suddenly closing his eyes. He followed Tubbo's words, slowly beginning to calm himself down. Moments passed before he regaining control of his breathing.

He looked towards Tubbo, confusion masking his face. "Since when did you get here?" he asked.

At first the brunette thought the blonde was joking, but his eyes showed a different story. He was genuinely puzzled. "Tommy... you just had a panic attack."

"I did?" Tommy's eyes widened. His hand touched his cheek, feeling the tear stains. Had he really been crying. "Are-are you sure?" he stuttered.

Tubbo stood up, panic spreading through his veins. "I-I- I'll be right back!" he shouted quickly, rushing out of the room.

Tommy stood up, quietly following. Why was Tubbo so panicked?

Talking arose from around the corner, making Tommy stop. The blonde couldn't hear everything, but he did pick up on one clear sentence.

"Something's wrong with Tommy."
