Little Sister (Tommy) (2/3)

Tommy POV

"Toms why are you still awake?" Wilbur's voice sounded through his headphones, yawning half way through.

"Oh hey Wil." Tommy greeted, looking back at his monitor.

"You didn't answer my question Tommy."

Tommy chuckled, "I'm going to bed soon Wilbur, don't worry." 

"How soon?" Wilbur questioned.

"An hour." 

Wilbur sighed, "Alright. But any later and I will come over to your house and turn off your internet." Before Tommy could even respond he left the call, leaving him alone with chat.

The blonde laughed, "Older brothers, am I right?"

The chat went crazy, spamming all kinds of things.

Tommy smiled, shaking his head. His ears perked up to the sound of his door creaking open behind him. "I'm streaming! I'm str- Ro?" His eyes widened at the sight of his sobbing sister. He completely forgot he was streaming, immediately turning his focus on the little girl.

"Ro what's wrong?! Are you okay?" he stood up, making his way over to her. The girl stood there, continuing to sob. Gently, he picked her up, holding her close to his chest. Rowan wrapped her small arms around his torso, craving comfort. A thought struck his mind as he realized what had probably made her so upset. "Did you have a nightmare?" he whispered.

She nodded, humming, "Mm-hmm."

"It's okay Ro, I'm here now. I'll chase away all your bad dreams." he spoke softly, hugging her tightly.

A few minutes passed and Rowan slowly began to calm down, her cries changing into hiccups. "I'm s-sorry." she whimpered, hiding her face in his chest.

"Why are you sorry?" he asked, moving a strand of her hair out of her face and tucking it behind her ear.

"I-I'm not allowed to c-come in when you're s-streaming." she exclaimed, beginning to cry once more. "I'm sorry-y! I tried to calm d-down all by myself b-but I-I was s-scared! I-I just wanting my big brother!!" 

Tommy glanced back at his computer before turning back to her. His eyes softened, his heart nearly melting from her words. "Oh Ro, it's okay. I'm glad you came to me."

She peeked out from his chest, "Y-you are? You aren't mad-d?"

He smiled sadly, "Of course not." He pressed a kiss to her forehead before holding her close again. "I don't want you facing all those back dreams on your own."

Rowan nuzzled closer to his chest if that was even possible. "I love you."

Tommy looked down at her, his eyes filled with the love he felt for his little sister. "I love you even more."

She giggled, "That's not possible!"

"I'm telling you it is!" he laughed, his eyes shining. "You can't love me as much as I love you."

Rowan looked up at him, her blue eyes wide. She reached her hand up, gently grabbing his nose with her fingers. "Got your nose!" she exclaimed.

"Oh no! Don't take my nose!" he gasped.
