Tommy POV
I knew she was trouble from the start. The way she made Wilbur pay for everything. How she would flirt with every other boy when my brother wasn't around. How she would constantly talk trash about him behind his back.
It made me furious every time she would do something. Somehow Wilbur never really noticed what she was doing, but I did. I noticed everything.
The first time I brought it up was when we were hanging out in his room after a late stream.
"Hey Wil?"
"Yeah Toms?" he glanced towards me, suddenly scared that something was wrong.
"Can I be completely honest with you?" I began, unsure how to really have the conversation. I didn't want to hurt my brother, but I would not stand for her to hurt him.
"Sure." he shrugged. "What's up?"
I bit my lip and took a deep breath, "Jasmine isn't good for you."
Wilbur immediately stopped and stared at me. "What are you talking about?"
I sighed, "She keeps flirting with other guys, she makes you pay for everything, and she talks crap about you when you aren't around." I was nervous of how he would take it.
He shook his head, "I think you're seeing things Tommy. Sure she flirts with other guys, but that doesn't mean anything. And I pay for everything because I want to, not because she makes me. As for her talking bad about me, I'm sure they're just complaints. Nothing more."
"But that's not right!" I protested. How could he put up with that?
"Tommy drop it." he warned, still chuckling.
"But she's-" I stopped.
"She's what?" Wilbur glared, daring me to finish my sentence.
"Never mind."
"That's what I thought."
