Tommy POV

Tommy turned away from Techno, his eyes falling on the new stranger. Curly brown hair, a maroon beanie, and a yellow sweater. He seemed normal enough. But what peaked Tommy's interest was the guitar on his back.

"Hello! Welcome! How can I help you?" Tommy approached the man, fueled by his curiosity.

The man glanced down at him, raising an eyebrow. He ran a hand through his hair, suddenly getting cold feet. "I-uh." he took a deep breath. "I was just looking for somewhere quiet I could play. But I can go someplace else-"

"No, you can stay." Tommy grinned. "As long as you don't mind a few listeners." He nodded to Techno, who was watching the brunette carefully.

"You actually want to listen?" The man asked, seemingly nervous that Tommy was lying to him.

"Of course! This place has been to quiet anyways." the blonde reassured him.

The man smiled on the blonde, lifting the guitar off his back. Amusement sparked in his eyes as Tommy's face seemed to light up at the sight of the instrument. He strummed the strings once, making sure it was in tune.

"How long have you been playing?" Tommy questioned, the bright smile still clear on his face.

The man thought for a moment, as though he were reliving a memory. "It must be about four years now."

"Wow! So you're like a professional now!" the blonde exclaimed. "That is so cool! I've never met a musician before." he stared at the man in amazement.

A voice came from behind him, sharper than before. "Playing for four years does not make him a professional." Techno grumbled, slightly glaring at the man.

The man stared down at his feet, suddenly remembering something. "Maybe I should go..."

"No! Techno's just being a prick!" Tommy giggled, playfully punching the pinkette.

"Techno?" the man repeated, glancing at Techno.

"You got a problem with my name curly?" Techno growled, crossing his arms.

The man burst out laughing at the nickname. "Curly?!" he laughed. "That was the best nickname you could come up with?"

"It's not like you give me much to work with." he scoffed, hiding the small hint of a smile. But Tommy saw it. He knew that Techno was just giving the man a hard time. "What should I call you then?"

"William." the man replied, shifting uncomfortably at the name.

"Okay Wil-i-am."

"It's William!" the brunette exclaimed.

"Wil-i-am." Techno repeated, enjoying the embarrassment that spread through the man's face.

Tommy burst into giggles, making both of the men smile fondly at the boy. "William is such a boring name!" he pointed out.

"Well that's what my parents call me at least..." he sighed.

Tommy raised an eyebrow, obviously noticing how much he seemed to dislike the name. "Well what do you want to be called?"

"Wilbur." the man smiled.

"Wilbur is so much better." Tommy grinned, glad that they could make the man comfortable. He glanced down at the guitar. "So what songs do you like to play?"

"Hang on, what's your name? It's only fair that I know your name if you know mine." Wilbur glanced at the boy, noting how he seemed to shift at his words.

Tommy glanced at Techno, unsure of what to say. Should he tell him?

Noting his discomfort, Techno leaned close to his ear and whispered, "Do what ever you're comfortable with Theseus, I'll protect you either way."
