Bonnie and Hayley reached the cemetery to find Kai placing the last of the candles.
"So how are we going to do this? None of the vampires or werewolves can track either of them down," Hayley asked, a tone of worry in her voice. "Do you think Elijah is in the same trouble Klaus is in?"
"With the coincidence? No doubt," Kai clicked his tongue.
Bonnie began undressing and when Hayley narrowed her eyes in confusion, she began explaining. "The spell is going to enhance my vision, giving me a perspective of what is happening and where it's happening. I am able to do it now because the vision is moments from occurring." Now in her undergarments, she stepped into the stone bath, full of milk water. It was cold at first but after a while, she adjusted to the temperature. Once she laid back, Kai approached the lip and placed black dahlia flowers in the basin. Each flower he placed made a candle light up, brightening the mausoleum.
Kai gave her a nod of assurance. "Are you ready, BonBon?"
She took a deep breath, closing her eyes. "I'm ready." And the spell began.

"Définir la aperçu, définir le lieu, définir le bataille," Kai chorused in sync with Bonnie. The flowers began to wilt and when the last one darkened, Bonnie stopped and gasped lightly.
The vision emerged from the darkest corners of her mind, revealing the city, various buildings lit up and the busy streets. Then it flickered into a chapel where countless candles were lit and a large salt circle planted on the wooden floorboards. In it was Klaus, Elijah's, Rebekah's, Kol's, and Finn's desiccated bodies with a white oak branch in the center of it all. This time, she could hear what the witches we reciting. The part of her that had the knowledge of the Initial Conjuration recognized the spell immediately and Bonnie jerked awake.
"What is it? What did you find?" Hayley instantly demanded. "Did you see Elijah, is he okay?"
Bonnie's chest rose and fell constantly and she said, "They're in the tall chapel, southeast side of city."
Hayley took a step close. "What are they even doing? What is the threat?"
"It still doesn't make sense. These witches are trying to pull the magic from the Original bloodline to feed their ancestors. I don't understand how this is a betrayal from friend, family and foe," Bonnie informed as she rose from the water, hair damp.
Kai swallowed deeply. This idea sounded oddly familiar. You're looking for a massive, strong source of magic, right? What if I gave you the Originals? Their blood is the origin of every single vampire in the world, their blood has the essence of the Original Witch and their father was the Vampire Hunter. I can bring you Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and the other idiots that are related to them.
It was the one he pitched to Sophie Devereux in turn to save Bonnie and the child. Sophie reported back to the other witches and they must have gotten greedy. This was his fault. It started off as a simple diversion, a little white lie that he did not want her to know about. And now here they were, him being the cause of the entire conflict. And then it made sense. The prophecy was about him. Kai was once a friend to the Mikaelsons when he came to the city. He was a foe when he bartered their lives for Bonnie. And he is family. Another memory hit him, the recollection of the time Sophie asked for his blood during one of their sessions. Kai already knew that witches were going to use it to amplify the spell since he was a siphoner, his blood was attracted to other magic. Its purpose was to literally suck the magic out. And those rings he made with Klaus's blood...these witches must have used his magic as a backdoor entrance right to Klaus. It all made sense. My fault. He adjusted the collar of his shirt, taking a couple of steps back.
