Bonnie kept her eyes trained on his, emotionless. She didn't even know how to respond. His smile was catlike. But it was cleanly wiped off when he registered something. Kai pounced, quickly approaching Bonnie before she even noticed. His finger caught hold of her chin, tilting it up to his better view. "What's that on your face?"

Bonnie tried to pry his hands from her face but he quickly swiped at her nose. Blood.

"What did you do?" His tone of amusement was gone, replaced with gruffness.

"You said you didn't want to hurt me. I want my friends back to normal. Well, the ones you didn't kill," Bonnie nearly snarled. Kai blanched, confused. "Let me help you understand." She reached for a bottle in her pocket, tossing it him. Kai fumbled and caught, quickly reading the Perniciosa label.

"You didn't."

"You're old enough to know what that does to someone like me."

"It'll kill you. You're bluffing."

Bonnie chuckled. "Maybe. I guess you'll find out. I mean, you screwed my life so much that who cares if I die? I'll join Enzo, there is no Other Side anymore. And staying on this earth, waiting for you to cause more problems...it seems kind of outlived, don't you think? Regardless, let's sit here and talk about the universe."

Kai paused, remaining quiet. It was a miracle, he never stopped talking. He brought the bottle to his nose. He recoiled at the strong smell. "You're lying Bonnie."

Bonnie held his gaze. That was before she snatched the vial from his grasp with speed. She drank half of it, tossing the bottle aside. Kai exclaimed, his eyes widening. "Is that enough proof for you?" Kai tightened his fist and hissed under his breath. Bonnie leaned against the wall and crossed her legs. "Now you get to watch the doll you love to play with so much die out on you. Maybe you'll understand how I feel."

He growled. "I suppose you have the cure too?"

"Ric does. What, you think I'd be stupid enough to bring it in here with me so you can shove it down my throat Damon style? Undo the spell you did on Tyler and Caroline so that Ric can give me the cure before this thing kills me in 4 hours."

Kai was pondering if Ric would really let her die in the cell with him. "Fine, BonBon. What my girl wants, I provide, huh?"

Bonnie grimaced and contained herself from slapping him straight across the face. "Don't ever call me that."

Kai chuckled as he pushed himself from the ground, banging on the door. "I'm ready."

They all stood around the table, watching Kai prepare for the spell. There were two pinpoints on the map for where Caroline and Tyler were. Kai rubbed his hands together, anxious and excited. Jeremy and Matt stayed positioned at the door with identical bows and Ric stood beside Bonnie.

Kai glanced at the two human bodyguards. "You know I could snap my fingers and the splinters could explode under your skin? Props of having magic." He chuckled, winking at Bonnie. She shifted uncomfortably, focusing her eyes on the map.

Matt and Jeremy adjusted their position. "If you do anything, Bonnie'll die. Only the devil knows why you even care," Matt said.

"BonBon is the baddest witch bitch I know out there. Did you know she tried to stab me? On thanksgiving. Ruthless. But I stabbed her first. I needed to get out the prison world with her blood--"

"Start the spell, Kai," Ric warned, his eyes dead.

"Oh, hey Ric." Kai smiled warmingly. "How's Jo? And the mini devils? I could only assume they take after me, I am the better twin."

Ric took a threatening step towards Kai. "Don't even speak about them."

"You're lucky I killed Luke instead of your girlfriend--my bad, your fiancé. How's the ring looking like, by the way? Jo loves big rocks. About the size of--" He began to measure a size with his finger until Bonnie began to cough. She covered her mouth, blood splurging everywhere. Kai straightened and turned to the map, rearranging the candles out of the mess they were in. It didn't take long for him to begin, chanting the spell. Moments later, he finished, the candles flushing out. He turned to Bonnie. "There, you happy?"

Bonnie narrowed her eyes and motioned to Jeremy. "Call Caroline and Tyler."

Jeremy was already on it, leaving the room. Kai glanced at Ric. "The medicine, please."

"Not until Caroline is okay," Bonnie said, Ric blinking at her.

Kai sighed and tapped his foot impatiently. Jeremy reappeared, phone at his fingers. "They're good. But we have another problem."

"Of course we do," Matt rolled his eyes and lowered his gun slightly.

"What is it?" Ric demanded, tossing the 'cure' to Bonnie. She drank slowly, Kai watching her. Bonnie wiped her mouth and turned to Jeremy, waiting for his response.

"Damon is trying to wake Sybil again."

Ric cursed, placing his hands over his hips. "Is he out of his mind? We put that monster at bay, along with Kathrine. That duo was dangerous and now, he just decides to make the decision that can ruin our lives even more?"

"You should know this, Damon can and will always be a dick. Without Elena--" Matt began.

"Without Elena, he's back to Damon with no humanity shift whatsoever. Only, he's human and he just has nothing to live for," Jeremy concluded, all eyes falling to Kai.

He pouted. "Whoopsies? Ah, even as a feeble human, Damon is a nuisance. Guess I should have just killed him. But then again what would be the fun in that if he couldn't live with her death?"

It was silence and Bonnie clutched her sides, coldness enveloping her. Kai glanced around.

"Too soon to be making jokes? Now that we're all friends, let's go on a road trip!" Kai raised his hands in excitement, his eyes twinkling.

Bonnie jolted awake at that, her eyes blinking at what he had just said. "Did I...did I hear that right? You want to go on a trip with us again? After you killed two of the people I care about, after you stabbed us in the back for no reason? Do you think I am stupid enough to bring you along again?"

"BonBon, don't be so mean. I just want to--"

"No. I never want to see your face again. You're lucky I am deciding to waste my energy on slapping Damon into his senses and not spending the rest of my life trying to kill you," Bonnie threatened, standing up to Kai.

"If Sybil does wake up, you could use me and my oh so mighty magic to keep her at bay. Only a Bennett witch can match my power and well...she's out of business," Kai mused, smiling down at her with a sadistic grin.

"Bonnie..." Ric said slowly, a sign that maybe the sociopath in front of them was right.

Bonnie remained silent, holding Kai's adoring eyes and mirroring them with her hateful own. She huffed and stormed out the room, pushing aside the table. "If it makes you feel better, BonBon, I promise that I won't kill your easily killed friends. Pinky swear?"

Bonnie was long gone and Kai sighed, disappointed that she didn't come running back with her pinky in the air. To be honest, if she did come back, it would be with a different finger.

Kai turned to the silent humans. "Ah, isn't she the most beautiful thing you've ever set eyes on? Actually, don't answer because you're engaged and I don't want to hear it from anyone else." If you listened carefully, it almost sounded like a threat.
