Once the bell rang suggesting last period was over, my peers were more than ecstatic. They cheered and practically ran out of the classrooms with smiles they never wore to school. It was crazy how much school put you in a shit mood.

I packed up my stuff from biology and walked out of the room with Eddie practically clung to my hip. It was weird because this was how we acted every day without being in a relationship, so now that there was a label on it, it felt strange..different even.

"Have you considered sneaking out to see me?" He said as we descended the few stairs to the main floor.

"I'll decide when I'm there." I said back, looking up to him with a smile. He nodded and smirked, looking back to his surroundings.

"You'd have so much more fun with us, and who knows, maybe I'll just bend you over the table when everybody is gone and show you why it was a good idea to leave early." He whispered to me after a few seconds of silence.

My stomach jumped at the images flashing in my head, now seriously contemplating leaving the game. My cheeks flushed red as he snickered at my reaction.

"You're too cute." He simply said with a laugh.

"Not as cute as you." I replied in a baby voice, standing on my toes to pinch one of his cheeks. He shook his head away from my hand and gave me a light shove.

"Well, I guess I'll see you in.." he stopped to push his sleeve up and look at the time. "Just under two hours, sweetheart." He finished, looking back at me and pulling me into his chest. "Have fun." He murmured into my hair.

"I'll try." I said, pushing my self away to give him a kiss. I knew what I felt when our lips met and it was really starting to piss me off. I disconnected our lips and took a look around. "What?" I asked the people watching us. "Getting a kick out of it, are we?" Their eyes moved else were as I snapped at them, hearing Eddie chuckle.

"See you later, princess." He bid his goodbyes with a kiss to my forehead, leaving me in the middle of the corridor as he made his way to the theatre.

"Kimberly! Wait up!" Chrissy called me from a distance away. I saw her jogging over to me with a massive smile on her face. "I thought you said you guys were 'just friends'?" She snickered as she asked.

"He asked me before." I said with a blush. Chrissy squealed and shoved me back and forth by my arm.

"Oh! I'm so happy for you!" She continued, now jumping up and down on the spot.

"Okay, okay. Let's go before you use up all of your energy." I laughed, linking my arm with hers and walking off towards the gym where we would be getting ready for the game in an hours time.

When we made it to the girls changing room, they had already began to whisper things about what they saw with me and Eddie before. We couldn't catch a fucking break in this place, it was like we was in 7th grade again, or year 7 for the brits.

"They'll stop soon, don't worry." Chrissy reassured me, patting my arm and sitting down to get ready. I nodded to myself and copied her actions, pulling my hair out of its even messier bun than this morning and pulling my brush out from my bag.

"How are you and Jason?" I asked her, out of the blue.

"We're doing good. We went out on a date last weekend to the theatres to watch that stupid star wars movie." She rolled her eyes and scoffed, obviously not pleased with his choice of film.
