As of right now, everything felt as though it was going back to normal; it felt like we had gone back in time a year when life was just that bit easier and simpler. Nobody had woken me up for the boys including the boys themselves, I had been shoved out of bed by Eddie who came around at 8:15 because I was late and didn't answer his calls and, even Steve was here.

"When was the last time you slept in this late?." Eddie asked me as he crouched down besides my bed. I groaned and stretched before I responded.

"Before summer vacation." I mumbled sleepily to the brown eyed boy with my eyes half open. I could see a little smile forming on the side of his mouth as he watched me, his hand moving from his knee to my hair.

"You look cute half asleep, princess." A chuckle left his lips after he spoke, causing a deep rush of red to climb up to the surface of my face.

"Thankyou, baby." I mumbled shyly, giggling and pulling the blankets over my head like a school girl before they were ripped from my body and I was attacked by the 5'11 creature. I groaned deeply as he leaned all of his body weight onto mine, digging his fingertips into my sides. "No! Get off me." I laughed and tried to pry his fingers away with it being way too early for this amount of energy and I only had 15 minutes to get ready. Being tickled was never at the top of the list of things I wanted to be doing that day.

Eddie chuckled and stopped, staying on top of me with admiration behind his eyes.

"We're doing better now, aren't we?." He asked and laced his fingers in between mine. I nodded with a smile, biting my bottom lip.

"We're doing great." I smiled cheekily at him before shoving the boy off of me so I could get ready "Anyway. What the hell is Steve doing here?." I asked Eddie as I climbed out of bed and walked over to my drawers.

"Some shit like his car broke down. I don't know." Eddie shrugged and took a peek inside of my underwear drawer as I opened it. "I got a phone call off of him asking if I'd pick him up on the way here." He continued to search through the draw, picking our different pairs.

Perv.

"You guys confuse me." I stated what I was thinking. His eyes looked at me from the side as he held a pink pair of panties in between in his fingers.

"Why?." He lifted his head up and twirled the underwear around.

"One minute you hate each other, going for one another's throats and the next you're driving him to my house. Make your minds up, Jesus." I rolled my eyes at him playfully and shut the dresser drawers, walking over to my wardrobe to get my cheer uniform out.

"You're the one who wanted us to get along, Princess." Eddie smirked as I turned around, flicking the underwear at my head like an elastic band. He laughed loudly at his own actions, doubling over and holding his stomach as the loud echoes of his laughter spread through the room.

"Get out so I can get changed." I pointed to my door with a straight face, trying my hardest not to smile at the happiness he was conveying. His laughter died down before it turned into a groan and he sighed loudly, dropping his head to the floor to try and make me feel bad as he walked over to the door. "Go on." I shooed him with my fingers before a small smirk crept up on his face and he ran over to me, picking me up over his shoulder. I screamed out at the impact and laughed as he brought down me onto his hips.
