Eddie's birthday party couldn't have gone any better after Al and Paige decided to leave and I was glad that they hadn't ruined what I had planned for him with their presence. After everything that boy had been through, the least he deserved was to have his special day ruined.
We bid our goodbyes to the guest and I was stopped by Steve on his way out as he stumbled aimlessly.
"Kimmy." He whispered to me and signalled with his hand for me to lean in closer to him. "Don't tell anybody...shh." Steve hiccuped as he spoke. "Me and Billy have some things planned for the three of us next week..do you want..to come?." He took a few short pauses to burp, his eyes hardly even open.
"Come on, Dingus." Robin came back inside of the trailer to help our poor friend. "I'm not waiting around for you any longer." She tutted at the boy and rolled her eyes playfully at me.
"I'll see you next week, Steve. Bye, guys." I said to them and waved them out of the trailer, not allowing them to know that my vision was just as messed up as my best friends was. These were some super strong drugs.
"S'no way I'm cleaning this shit up tonight." Eddie mumbled from behind me. I turned and watched him trying to pull layers off of his body from his costume.
"Let me help you." I said softly and walked the short distance over to him, fiddling with the buttons to his shirt.
"Mhm." He hummed and watched me, thinking about something.
"What is it?." I asked him with a quick glance, leaving the buttons and starting on the straps around his arms.
"Ya know how I said I liked it when you yell at me?." Eddie asked with a small smirk.
"I do."
"S' that because we went from enemies to lovers?." He asked with a small hiccup. I furrowed my brows at him and stopped what I was doing.
"We were never enemies." I said confused.
"I fucking hated your guts, Kim." Eddie chortled and ran his fingers over the side of my hip. "You looked so good, so fuckable and loveable but when I saw you walk over to Steve 'The Hair' Harrington..I assumed the worst about you." Eddies tongue slid across his bottom lip and I wasn't sure whether it was the drugs and alcohol or just me, but the sound of Eddie's past hatred and the way his tongue moved turned me on considerably.
"So that's why you would pull on my hair and say horrible things to me." I said jokingly, but now it kind of made sense.
"No." He shook his head simply. "I loved the way you groaned when I yanked it..it made shit so much harder for me, but that pretty little noise only intensified the way I felt about you." Eddies eyes danced with my own, creating a friction between us.
"You could have just told me you wanted me bent over..I would've done as I was told." I said with a slight smirk, remembering how attractive I use to find Eddie even if he was a pain in the ass.
"Nah." He disagreed with me. I looked up to him as I moved away from his body. "You were too pure. The first time we spent time together you were terrified about losing your virginity..I highly doubt you would've bent over a sink if I had asked." Eddie snorted and moved backwards, making his way towards the fridge behind his kitchen counter.
