I closed the letter and set it on the bench with Juniper on my leg. I grabbed a piece of parchment

Dear Freddie

I am doing alright. I am sorry I have not been writing lately. I have been so busy with school and quidditch that I am running around everyday like a chicken with my head cut off. I miss you as well. I told you my stuff would help. I love you to babe and I cant wait to see you soon

I folded the letter and gave it to Juniper"Fred please," I petted her

"Y/n and Harry Potter?" said a girl,"I was asked to give this to you,"

"Thanks," I said taking it

"Dumbledore said we wouldn't be having any more lessons until we got the memory," said Harry snatching the parchment

"Maybe he wants to check how you are doing?" suggested Hermione. 

Harry unrolled the parchment and read it out loud

"Dear Y/n, Harry, Ron and Hermione, 

Aragog died last night. Y/n, Harry and Ron you met him and know how special he was. Hermione, I know you'd have liked him. It would mean a lot to me if you'd nip down for the burial later this evening. I'm planning on doing it round dusk, that was his favorite time of day. I know youre not supposed to be out that late but you can use the cloak. Wouldnt ask but I can't face it alone.

Hagrid" 

"Hes mental!" said Ron Furiously,"The thing told its mates to eat us! Told them to help themselves! Hagrid expects us to go down there and cry over it horrible hairy body!" 

"Its not just that," I said

"Hes asking us to leave the caslte at night and he know security a million times tighter and how much trouble we'd be in if we were caught," Hermione finsihed

"We've been down to see him by night time before," said Harry

"Yes, but for something like this?" I said,"We risked a lot to help Hagrid out, but after all---Aragogs dead..."

"If it were a question on saving him---"said Hermione

"---I'd want to go even less," said Ron firmly,"You didnt meet him, Hemrione. Believe me, being dead will have improved him a lot," 

I took the note and saw all the tears that made the ink blotchy. 

"Y/n you cant be thinking of goinf," said Hermione,"Its such a pointless thing to get detention for," 

I sighed,"Yeah I know," I said"I s'pose Hagrid'll have to bury Argog without us!" 

"Yes he will," said Hermione,"Look, Potions will be almost empty this afternoon, with us all off doing out tests...try and soften Slughorn up a bit then!" 

"57th time lucky, you think?" said Harry bitterly

"Lucky!" I said suddenly"We need Luck!" I stood up "Lucky potion!"
