[ Jake is having an autistic nonverbal meltdown.]

~~~~~~
Jake is currently sitting in the middle of the hallway. Clutching his head in his arms, it was late at night.
Johnnie and Jake returned from a party about an hour ago, and Johnnie went to his room and crashed on his bed after coming back.
But unfortunately for Jake, he couldn't sleep. He couldn't even move from the hallway.
Still hearing the music in his head, the pounding bass, screaming party goers, it was just repeating in Jake's head.
His breathing started to get shaky, he leans his head back as he shuts his eyes super tight.
He didn't understand why this was happening. He wasn't even actively at the party anymore, so why was this occuring?
He didn't know.
Slowly Jake reopened his eyes, his breathing still rapid. But when Carrington's door opened and he turned the hallway light on, it was overwhelmingly bright in Jake's eyes.
Jake hissed at the feeling as he covered his eyes with his hands. "fuck dude.." he winced, trying to stabilize his breathing.
"Oh haha, sorry." Carrington briefly apologized. But caught on to Jake's behavior, "You ok?"
Jake didn't respond. He just kept his face hidden in his knees. Carrington was too shit-faced drunk to even realize what was going on, that he just walked down the hallway and used the bathroom.
Then he exited and looked at Jake once again, "Night buddy..hope you feel better." Carrington says, slurring his speech a bit as he shuts the hallway light off and closes his door.
Jake uncovered his face when the hallway light turns off. He sighs in relief. His heart aching in his chest.
Pushing himself up, Jake walked a bit down the hallway and to Johnnies room. He knows the other is asleep, but he needs someone right now.
A struck of guilt hits Jake's chest. Remembering that Johnnie hasn't been sleeping well, so he decided to shake his head and walk back into the direction of his room.
He sits in front of his bedroom door, he was too tired simply by just walking. He covered his face again as he lets out soft cries.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck." Jake shakily whispers, as he uncovered his face. Flapping his hands, stimming. Trying to find a way to calm himself down. But nothing was working...
Especially what Carrington did earlier, turning on the light. That gave him a flashback of the bright strobing lights of the party. Overly bright and flashy.
"Shit.." Jake's eyes glistened with tears as he hits the back of his head on his (own) bedroom door. Repeating this, making thuds from the amount of pressure he's doing.
A very unwanted stim, he started to develop a headache.
Johnnie on the other hand sits up in his bed. Groaning as he hears the thudding. He rubs the back of his head, clicking on his phone to look at the clock.
4:45AM.
"What's the sound..?" Johnnie sleepily mumbled as he uncovered himself. Slipping on a black shirt he found on his floor and walking his way to his bedroom door.
He rubs his face as he opens his bedroom door. Leaving the hallway light off, He started to walk down the hallway.
Squinting his eyes in the darkness, he sees a silhouette. Recognizing Jake, he went over. "Jake?" Johnnie groggily says,hungover.
