Kid Ritz POV:

I hold Ven for a while, taking in the quiet as we listen to everyone arrive.

Kid Ritz: "Ok, cariño. I think we should go out."

He nods and takes a deep breath as he climbs off of me. He looks at me tiredly as he holds his hand out for me to grab.

He pulls me up and walks us to the conversation pit.

Everyone is here, talking and conversing quietly. As Ven walks up, everyone gets quiet.

Ven: "So, you all probably heard what happened this morning. Justin sort of came here, even though it wasn't him. And Velv's doppelgänger chased us out. For today, we all need to be careful of who we're talking to and diligent with whoever we think we're talking to."

Everyone nods.

Rollie: "I think we've all gotten on the same terms, so let's explain to RIVAL our plan."

We go over everything, and everyone seems to agree and be on the same page.

Kid Ritz: "We won't see each other before this, so I hope everything goes well. I really believe we can do this and rely on each other."

Fred: "I'll be able to drive me, Rollie, Velv, Ven, and Dom."

Kid Ritz: "Orchid dropped me off early this morning, so maybe she can drop me off again at "The Boom Box?"

Orchid nods.

Orchid: "I can take you, Carlos, and Midori."

Dixie: "I've got my car, so we can use that for the band."

Carlos: "I can leave my car here."

Fred: "Ok, seems like rides are all figured out. I must admit, I'm excited for this to play out."

Rollie: "Me too! We've got a few hours until everything starts, so until then, I hope everyone can get done what they need."

Kid Ritz: "I'm going to have to head out, Orchid, if you don't mind."

She nods and collects her things.

Carlos: "I'll drive Midori home. Orchid, you get us later?"

Orchid: "Yes, I'll come to your house."

Carlos nods.

Midori: "Good luck, guys! I'm so proud of everyone!"

She hugs everyone, even Dom. Once she's done, she and Carlos leave.

Roman: "Yeah, we need to head out and prepare for the performance. Who knows, this could be our last one if this doesn't go well, so we'll dress and make the most of it."

They hug everyone goodbye as I walk over to Ven. He looks up at me, his blue eyes nervous, yet he tries to hide it.

Kid Ritz: "Hi."

He waves, looking past my eyes. I lightly grab his chin and tilt his head so he looks at me.

I kiss him, letting my lips linger before pulling away.

Kid Ritz: "Hey, sweetheart. You've got this. I know you do. I'm so glad you're doing something to help us all. I will cheer you on and do my best to help you while I'm on stage, alright?"

Ven: "Thank you."

He hugs me, sighing quietly.

Ven: "I love you."

Kid Ritz: "I love you. I can't wait to come over later, alright?"

He nods, pulling away with a smile. I squeeze his hand before going to Fred.
