We relax in the heated pool for a while until we have enough and head back up to our room. The rest of our week is spent relaxing and enjoying the amenities the Crystal Caverns have to offer. It makes for a beautiful honeymoon for Orchid and me.
I have gotten to see Orchid rock climb, which I very happily watched from the safety of the ground. I also got to look at the Crystal Cavern Museum and admire the dazzling crystals that were somehow even prettier than the crystals everywhere else.
What I think I've enjoyed the most is getting to see Orchid so happy. Even if we were doing activities geared more towards my tastes, she still went along with everything in a mindset that was open and positive.
I loved getting to see her so excited to try new things, explore the caverns with me, and spend quality time alongside me that I felt like we've both been craving to get the opportunity to do. I feel like I got to see her really thrive in such a pretty and exhilarating environment, and it's brought nothing but joy to me to get to see her enjoy herself and relax, which she rightfully deserves.
We leave for the airport in great moods, wholeheartedly agreeing that we experienced a fantastic honeymoon. Coming back home was a bit sad, yet I don't feel sad for long as I admire the glittering ring on my finger, reminding me of the exciting truth of knowing that I get to be with Orchid forever as my wife.
We get home and enjoy a quiet night in before going back to work the next day. I look at samples of fabric with Midori and help her with the last fitting of her wedding dress before we call it a day.
I couldn't be more excited about her upcoming wedding. It's a more southern-style aesthetic, rustic yet with charm, and I couldn't be more excited about the challenge of helping her plan it. The week goes by with us finalizing plans and ideas, and we even bring in Carlos so he can get fitted for his shirt and pants.
He was very quiet and seemed content to let us do what we needed for his sizing and measurements to be recorded, which I was very grateful for.
Now that we're three weeks out from their wedding, everything seems to be coming together very well. As I come into work, I see Midori's veil and the flower samples she can choose from have come in.
I call her up and invite her to the fashion house so she can see. She arrives very excited and gasps happily at the veil that's intricately been seen together.

She squeals happily and jumps up and down, which excites me. I smile at her excitement and admire how gently she handles her veil. I was so happy for her when I learned that Carlos had proposed to her, and from then on, Orchid and I have been committed to helping her get the wedding she's always wanted.
She's kept it a secret about what he did specifically to propose to her, but has promised to reveal how he asked at the wedding. After knowing what lengths Ven and Kid Ritz went through to try to garner enough money to support them, Orchid and I want to do our part and help out in any way we can.
