59: You're in an accident

Damon: It had been a car crash, a drunk driver was on the wrong side of the road and had hit your car full on. The drunk guy that had been driving died almost instantly, and you barely escaped with your life. Damon had been there the second that you'd rang him, and didn't leave your side in the ambulance or even at the hospital. He helped to heal you faster with his blood and never letting you drive alone at night after that. 

Stefan: You were driving in your car when a guy, who Damon later admitted was him, stood in the middle of Wickery Bridge. You'd tried to drive around him but lost control of the car and ended up driving off of the bridge. Stefan had got there moments before it had been too late, pulling you from the car and up onto the bank, he had to perform CPR but soon you were coughing up water and shaking from the cold as you looked around with wide eyes.

Klaus: You had simply been walking down the pavement when a car had spun out of control, hitting you from the side which luckily reduced the damage of the impact. You had a broken leg but apart from that just a bit shaken, Klaus kept reassuring you that he was there. Rubbing soothing circles over your back as you hugged him, feeling safe in his arms and never wanting to leave. 

Elijah: You were often quite clumsy with everything, it was just a trait that you could outgrow or just stop doing altogether. The weather had been extremely cold lately and as you stepped out to go do the shopping, you had slipped on some black ice. Falling down the porch steps and knocking yourself out. You'd later woke up with a broken arm, slight concussion and Elijah by your side. He'd stayed in hospital overnight with you until you were discharged and allowed home. 

Kol: You'd been in the car with your friends, in the backseat laughing and gossiping as you headed back into town after a girls day out. A truck suddenly lost control and swerved across the road, clipping the car that you were in and causing it to roll across the road. Unfortunately only two of you had survived, you had 2 broken legs and a severe concussion. The truck driver had survived unfortunately for him, when Kol had found out what had happened he killed the guy in the slowest and most painful way possible. Returning to your side to help and comfort you on the road to recovery. 

Kai: He'd accidentally hit you with his powers once when trying to practise a particular spell, you remember the look of horror in his eyes when a wave of pain tumbled through your body and sent you to the ground in agony. After you'd recovered, you could remember him just apologising all the time and pampering you. Making sure that you were okay every five seconds and getting anything that you needed in an attempt to make up for what he'd done. 

Enzo: You were cycling when a car behind you had lost control, you'd been hit from the back and sent sprawling in the road. When Enzo had got there, you couldn't have been more happy to see him if you wanted to. He stayed with you in the ambulance and promised that he would protect you whilst you healed after the doctor said that you had a fractured spine. He was always there for you and literally acted like your live in nurse when you were allowed to go home.

So I just wanna say that you guys are literally the best :D This book is 3/4 of the way to getting 1 million reads and that's honestly insane!! I remember in about March this year when this book hit 100k, I couldn't believe it. But now in such a short amount of time it's nearly at 1 mil and that blows my mind!
