Chases POV:
I am 18 and I still don't have my drivers license. I've wanted to get it for awhile now but Every time I do the test, I get nervous and I fail.
I'm no good at driving. Ive wanted to try driving with my families car but they won't let me because they think I'm a terrible driver. I mean, it's sorta true but they at least gonna let me drive.
I just want to get my licence.
Tammy: "let's go guys. We are already late for the wedding"
I hate weddings. They just remind me of what I don't have.
Chase: "do I have to go mom?"
Tammy: "for the last time Chase, yes you have to go."
Chase: "but you-"
My sisters walked into the room
Karissa: "we know! You don't like weddings"
Marlena: "And we all know why"
I rolled my eyes
Cole: "why?"
Marlena: "because he thought that Char-"
Chase: "can you please not say her name?"
I don't want to think about her right now
Karissa: "you gotta get over her it's been like a year and you're still in love with her"
Chase: "can we not talk about her??"
Everyone nodded
They don't know what it's like to go from, being so in love with someone, to friends, to seeing each other in the hallways and avoiding each other.
It's not like anything even happened. We just drifted apart after we broke up. I don't even know why.
It's pretty sad
Oo, maybe I can drive to the wedding
Chase: "can I drive?"
Tammy: "no"
Uhh.
We walked to the car and we all got in. I quickly got into the drivers seat.
Tammy: "Chase get in the back"
Chase: "can I please drive. Just for 1 minute"
She sighed
Tammy: "fine. Only for a little."
Oh my gosh yes, I get to drive finally
Chase: "yes thank you!"
Karissa: "nooo"
Marlena: "he's gonna crash"
Cole: "you sure this is a good idea"
Why is everyone doubting me
Chase: "relax guys, we aren't gonna die"
Everyone got in and I started driving
Chase: "see, I'm a good driver"
I went at a steady past and everything was going great
Tammy: "so Chase, at the wedding there's a girl there. She's my friends daughter"
What?
Chase: "okay?"
Tammy: "she's your age, and she's a great person"
What is she saying
Tammy: "her name is Jess and I told her mom that you would love to go out with Her"
What?! Go out with another girl?? No.
