Chases POV:
Alright it's been a total of 3 minutes and she's still not back from the bathroom... maybe this was a mistake... she doesn't like me anymore does she? Maybe I'm just not enough anymore or I'm not as fun as I used to be...

I really tried my hardest for this date to be perfect...
I called in advance and I had to pay an extra 100$ just to get a reservation... I cleaned out my car so it wouldn't look bad compared to her car... At 6:00 I had nothing to do so I just stared at the clock for an hour because I didn't want to be late and ruin everything...

I don't think she likes me anymore...

To my surprise she came back and sat down

Oh. She came back.

Charli: "Chase..."

I looked up at her

she's gonna tell me how bad this date was and how we never should have done this...

Charli: "do you not find me attractive anymore..."

What???

Charli: "it's just I feel like-"

I grabbed her hands

Chase: "love, don't be ridiculous. You're the hottest girl in this restaurant, of course I still find you attractive? What would make you think That?"

This really awkward dinner.

I just don't believe she would say that. She's not just the hottest person here,  she's the most beautiful women I've ever seen in my life

She smiled slightly

Charli: "this dinner... I know you tried really hard but it's really awkward. What happened to us? Was our connection only in my head? What happened to our spark?"

That's exactly what I was thinking??

Chase: "let's get out of here. I have an idea"

I grabbed my stuff and took her hand

Charli: "but-"
Chase: "love, this place is boring"
Charli: "okay yeah I agree"

we intertwined our fingers and starting running out of the restaurant

Waiter: "where do you think your going!"

we quickly ran out and started laughing

Charli: "where are we going?"
Chase: "you'll see"

We arrived at a ice skating rank with a bunch of people skating around the tree and a bunch of Christmas lights

Chase: "I actually have no idea how to skate but we are here anyways"

She laughed

Charli: "luckily for you I'm an expert in everything"

We walked towards the skate rental place and rented 2 pairs of skates

Chase: "I am not letting you pay, don't you dare"

She slowly started grabbed money out of her pocket
I quickly grabbed my money first and gave it to the lady

Chase: "take mine don't take hers"
I smiled

She hit my harm

Charli: "no take mine"

I pushed her arm out of the way
