Chases POV:

Blaire: "who was that?"
Chase: "just my boss, she wants me to come over, she just want-"
Blaire: "she?"
Chase: "yeah?"
Blaire: "oh ok"
Chase: "are you okay with that?"
Blaire: "yeah. That's fine."
Chase: "okay?"

Really. I can't have have a boss that's a girl without being questioned?

I'm having a kid and I'm getting married. How does she not trust me

Chase: "okay. Bye"
I grabbed my coat

Blaire: "bye"
I opened the door and left.
I walked to the car and got in.
I started driving.

Wait? Where am I even going?
I don't know where she lives?

I picked up my phone and called her
The phone rang a bit then she answered

Charli: "you here?"

Chase: "love, you gotta tell me where you live if you want me to come"

Charli: "right, come to 6 ran avenue"

Chase: "thanks, Il be over soon"

I hung up.
I started driving there.

I arrived at her house and walked to the front door.
I knocked on the door.
I waited for a bit and someone answered.

Alexander: "can I help you?"

Wrong house?

Chase: "does Charli live here?"
Alexander: "yes?"

Chase: "yeah I came here to see her"

He rolled his eyes

Alexander: "why"
Chase: "she had some work she had to finish, I'm here to help"
Alexander: "why?"

Oh. I guess she didn't tell anyone about me.

Chase: "I'm her assistant"
Alexander: "that's what they all say, get out."

What the hell

Chase: "but-"

I looked up and saw Charli walking down the stairs.

Charli: "chase hey"

She moved the guy out of the way.

Chase: "hey?"
Charli: "oh right, this is my husband, Alexander"

What? She's married?! But- oh- that's why she didn't want me to tell anyone about that guy- Okay- well- I'm not gonna make assumptions.

I saw her husband grabbing her arm

Alexander: "who is this?"
Charli: "my assistant. Now can you move out of the way so he can come in?"
Alexander: "yeah."

He moved and I walked in.

Charli: "let's go"

She grabbed my arm and brought me up the stairs.
