I woke up the next morning and something had felt different.

I have a boyfriend.

Never thought I'd hear myself say that.

I stood up and walked to my closet.

What shall I wear?

I picked out and outfit and put it on:

I walked downstairs and nobody was up thank god.

I should get out of here before someone yells at me to clean.

I walked out the door and got in my car.
I started driving to work

I arrived at the building and got out of my car. I walked inside and everyone said hi to me.

I walked up to my office and saw chase inside.

I smiled

I went inside and locked the door behind me

Charli: "heyy"
I smiled

Chase: "good morning love"
He smiled

Charli: "good morning"

I walked over to him and kissed him quickly

Chase: "you look beautiful today"
Charli: "I know but thank you"

He laughed

Charli: "I got to start doing some work, so don't distract me"
Chase: "I did all your work that we were gonna finish yesterday"

What?

Charli: "you did?"
Chase: "yes I did, I promised I'd help you so I arrived here at 6am and started doing it"

6am?? Is he crazy? Wow. I can't believe he actually did all that work?

Chase: "after all I am your assistant, we should keep things professional"

I nodded

Charli: "thank you chase, I appreciate it"
Chase: "anything for you"

I smiled

Chase: "do you want me to do anything"
Charli: "no thanks I'm okay"

I sat down on my office chair and started doing some work.

Chase: "I bought you these"

I looked up and he got some donuts

Charli: "ah yes. Just what I was craving"
