Why am I special
Charlis POV:
I really cannot believe he is here. After all I did? All I said? He's here and he remembered my 26th birthday?
I'm so confused. Why does he want me back? He always forgives me. He always will want me and I know that. I've known that for a long time but why?
What makes me different?
why am I the girl he always runs back to? what is it about me that he loves so much? I really don't know. I mean, I guess I was his first love and all that but that was years ago. why does he like me so much
Charli: "why?"
I'm gonna straight up ask him. Why does he always chose me.
Chase: "what do you mean why?"

Charli: "why am I different from everyone else? What makes me special"

Chase: "what makes you special? Are you seriously asking this?"

Chase: "starting off, you're the most perfect person in the word"
I am so far from perfect
Chase: "you've got the most interesting personality I've ever seen, you're the strongest girl I know, you're so mean around everyone but when you're around me youre nice and I like that."
I smiled
Chase: "the thing I like most about you is you always keep me entertained. I could date any other girl or guy and they'd me nice, sure? But you're the only person I've ever met who makes me feel alive, and when you're not in my life I feel like a piece of me is missing.
And the only way to get it back is to get you back"
He really means all that...
I did not know he felt that way...
Charli: "you really mean that?"
I feel like he's the only person who really sees me.
Chase: "of course I mean it."
Maybe I made a mistake when I broke things off that quick-
Jenny: "hi you must be Charli?"

Chase: "Jenny?! What are you doing here?? I told you not to come??"

He sighed
Chase: "Charli... this is my girlfriend... Jenny"
Um what- he literally just told me every thing that made me special and all the ways he thought I was great and now this?!

Chase: "Jenny. This is Charli"
She shook my hand
Jenny: "hi I'm Jenny, you must be chases friend"

So I'm gonna take that as a sign he didn't tell her about me
Charli: "that's right. Chase is my best friend..."
She smiled
Jenny: "so I heard it's your birthday tomorrow?"
I nodded
How does she know about this??
Charli: "yup, my 26th birthday"
Jenny: "26, wow you are young."
