-Friday 24th of June-

„Perfect, but this should go more left please" I told the workers as I checked my to-do list for today.

It was something around 1 pm and all of us were in stress. We were awake since 6 am and working, decorating and everything.

Just as I wanted to get upstairs to check if everything's done, my mom came over to me and pulled me with her.

„Mom you can tell me to walk I'm old enough" I said as she chuckled closing the door behind us so we were in the bathroom.

„Ariana do you always tell me the truth?" she questioned me crossing her arms.
„I would lie if I say yes so no"

„Why didn't you tell me that Shay is coming to the release party today?" I was in shock when I heard her name out of her mouth. How did she know?

„H-How did you kno-"
„-that's not important now, why didn't you tell me?" she cut me off.

„Ariana I'm your mother why are you hiding things from me?"
„Mom I'm not hiding anything from, yes Shay and I-we-are in contact again and I asked her to come, but we wanted to keep it all private-"

„Are you two back together?" she asked and that was exactly the question I didn't want to answer.
„Mom I-"

„-just tell me"
„Yes" I said a bit louder than I expected it to be.

„When did you guys-"

„-when we were in Catania, we met up, talked, it came out that both of us were still madly in love with each other and that's it. She wanted to give it a try, and I'm doing my best to not mess up with this because she's really an important part of my life mom. I'm sorry for not telling you but I wanted to wait till she's here."

„Ariana you can tell me anything you want, I wouldn't say anything to anyone" My mom said placing her hands on my shoulder.

„Are you gonna tell Nonna and Frankie?"
„I will but not now"

„I thought you won't tell anyone" I mocked at her.
„They're family!"
