Chapter 90: A British girl?

"Yeah baby I just landed right now" I told my girlfriend over the phone.

"Perfect, is someone picking you up from the airport?"

"Yes, my mom and Jaden are already waiting" I answered and packed my AirPods into my bag as well as my iPad where I've been playing games for eleven hours.

"I'm happy for you baby, text me when you get home, I love you and take care of you"

"I love you too and I will, take care of you too" I made a smooching sound before hanging up and getting out of the plane.

I only had my little suitcase with me so I didn't have to wait for any other stuff. When I got off the plane, my eyes started to look for my family.

"Shay" I heard a familiar voice.

When I turned around there they stood. But not only my mom and Jaden. There were all my friends. Hailey, Victoria, Tiley, Scottie and even Njomza came. I squaled happily as I made my way towards my mom to hug her as tightly as I could.

"Mama finally" I teared up as I placed my arms around her.

"My beautiful daughter, I missed you so much"

"I missed you too mama"

"Oh so you two gon' hug all the time or what? Maybe she missed her brother a lot more?" my brother said making me roll my eyes.

"Don't dream too much" I smiled hugging him.

"Where's Harmony?" I asked looking for my niece.

"She's with a friend, she was too tired so she couldn't come" Jaden said.

After I hugged everyone we finally got into the car. I was driving with my brother, my mom and Vic.

"Tell me Honey how was your little trip?" my mom asked looking back at me since I was in the backseat with Vic.

"It was really good. I took a lot of time off and it did only good to me. But I really missed you guys and I missed modeling so here I am."

"We're so glad to have you back. Are you gonna stay for a while now?" Vic questioned with a smirk.

"I-it depends" I said bluntly.

"...On?" Jaden uttered delayingly

"Like you don't know" I chuckled.

"What is going on you guys?" my mom semi-yelled at us getting impatient.

"I...met someone at that time I was away" I stuttered.

My moms eyes went wide and a smile formed on her lips.

"Okay so? Who is it?" she couldn't wait for us to get home.

"Her name's Amari she lives in London. That's where I've been staying too. We're actually two and sum months together." I uttered with a tight lipped smile.

When I looked around everyone was smiling and looking at me except Jaden whose eyes were focused on the rode but even he had his lips curled up in a smile.

"God, I knew it that you met someone new." Vic said and I laughed.

"I want to meet Amari. What does she do for living, where's she from, who are her parents?" my mom questioned knowing that she already making up fake answers to all that in her head because she thinks everyone is the mafia.

"Mom we have plenty time to talk about her, you can even ask her by yourself. She told me she would come by when she finishes work."

"We will have a talk about this at home honey" I rolled my eyes while I just smiled.
