Finally waking up in my own bed a smile stretched across my face as I thought of Dylan. He promised he would come take me out for milkshakes once my classes were over. Being with a guy like him didn't even feel real, I had no idea that I had that kind of luck.

As I pulled my phone off the charger, instantly it began to vibrate in my hand. Dylan was video calling me first thing in the morning. As I answered I covered the lens with my thumb. He was visibly shirtless laying on his back with one of his strong arms behind his head. He grinned lazily as his handsome face came into focus, even through a camera just a simple glance from him caused me to blush.

" Good morning beautiful, something wrong with your phone?"

" No" I pouted before giggling. " It's too early for video calls, I just woke up and I'm so ugly right now"

Dylan scoffed. " Don't lie like that, let me see your face"

" No"

" Mia"

" No"

" I won't buy you any milkshakes today if you don't"

" That's so mean"

" No, what's mean is my girlfriend won't let me see her pretty face. I've been waiting for hours for you to wake up just so I could see you"

Aww

" Really?"

" Yes, my sleep was trash because I couldn't stop thinking about you"

" Fine, since you want to guilt trip" I sighed lifting my thumb and pushing my wild curls out of my face. Dylan's eyes widened as he smiled excitedly.

" Happy?" I smiled.

" Yes, I love looking at you, you're so beautiful Mia. Do you realize how many girls would kill to look like you first thing in the morning"

" Shut up"

" I'm serious and if I'm being honest there's no way I could ever get tired of seeing your face every morning ''

'' You sound like you want to get a place together" I taunted nonchalantly.

Dylan fell silent as he stared back at me.

" I was joking Dylan"

" Why can't we get a place together? Your nearing graduation and I can just drive to campus-"

" Dylan-" I huffed chewing on my lip. I liked him a lot, I was falling fast and hard for him but moving in together.

Was a huge step.

" It's too soon, we just started dating"

" I love everything about you, I want to be around you all the time. It makes sense if we lived together. How do we know it's too soon if we don't try?"-
