"What?" she thought she overheard.

"Seduce him," her father told her with icy calmness, as if they were talking about the weather. "Levi is their boss, but he's impossible to reach. Seduce Furlan, he is definitely the brain of the team. You'll get information from him as to why they were so willing to join the scouting unit,"

"Wasn't it because you gave them a welcome speech that won't be rejected?" She asked ironically. Erwin smiled.

"You don't believe it yourself. All of them are masters in their field,"

"If you take being a thief as a field," she jumped into his speech. Erwin pretended not to hear her.

"They let themselves be caught too easily and when I say, they let, I mean it." Theia rolled her eyes.

"So, they have a plan,"

"And you'll figure it out," he finished the sentence for her.

"They're not stupid enough not to notice," she shook her head and Erwin smiled.

"That's why I called you," he stood up from his chair and walked over to the window where he was watching the cadets training. Theia walked up to him and caught sight of Isabel, who was riding her horse as if she had been born in the saddle. Furlan and Levi sat not far away from her. "They're coming with us on the next expedition," Erwin said and Theia's eyes widened in shock.

"You can't be serious right now. It's going to be in three weeks!" Erwin nodded to her outburst.

"They don't need special training. They handle ODM gear better than some veterans."

"Is it enough to control the ODM gear to survive?" She frowned. She knew her father too well to know what he was like. Use everyone. Their strength and potential. Only to protect the corrupt humanity at all costs.

"It was a condition. They have to show that they deserve to stay on the surface," he explained carefully.

"How disgusting," she looked out the window again. "Who gave us the right to decide who survives and who doesn't..." she whispered to herself.

"You will use our time to get information from Furlan and find out the main sources of Lobo's income," Erwin continued, fully concerned on the task and Theia just looked at her hands and nodded absently.

Am I going to save them, or?

"I've already told you a few times that I don't want to see you with those young girls," she stopped just behind the slim middle-aged man. He peeled himself off the body of a petite girl who was barely twelve years old.

"Oh, who can I see here? I should thank you," Theia frowned. "Thanks to you we have a supply of fresh meat," she gritted her teeth as she looked over the huddled girl in his arms. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "You know, you're not very good at playing the heroine like this," the man smiled, fueled by alcohol. He walked over to Theia and hung onto her shoulder. "What do you think. Once they are raised as whores. They'll be whores forever..." Theia turned her gaze. With two fingers, she took his hand from her shoulder and pulled out a dagger from her sleeve, in one swift motion she plunged into his neck. The little girl there just screamed in shock and crouched against the wall of the building she was standing next to.

"Once you are dirt. You'll always be dirt," Theia remarked towards the corpse where a couple of homeless people had gathered to rob him of his valuables. Theia walked over to the girl and knell next to her. She looked her over.
