"Levi," she murmured half asleep. She slowly opened her eyes and with all her strength turned to the side where he had been sitting before, but the place was empty. "Levi?" she called into the silence, leaning on her elbow. A piece of wet cloth fell from her forehead, which she took in her hands in amazement.
"You didn't want me here at first and now you're calling me?" He entered the door. Theia rested.
"I thought you were just my dream," she smiled. Levi walked over to check her temperature. He was looking into her eyes.
"What kind of medicine did that doctor give you when your fever don't want to disappear?" He frowned and took the piece of cloth she was holding. He went into the bathroom and wet it again. He joined her and helped her shift to lean against the head of the bed. He put the cloth to her hot forehead and handed her the tea that was ready on the bedside table. She willingly took it.
"Be careful, it is hot," he warned her and Theia narrowed her eyes.
"I'm sorry," she said quietly and Levi frowned. "I don't want to worry you. You're here because my father told you to, right?" Levi rolled his eyes.
"Erwin didn't tell me anything and stop talking nonsense. You're probably delirious from a fever," he took her cup again to put it on the table.
"I'm cold..." she whispered with her eyes closed.
"You're wearing all the blankets and a sweater, what more you want?" he raised an eyebrow.
"I want you," she said simply and Levi rolled his eyes.
"Are you starting this again?" He asked her angrily.
"Sorry, I say what's on my mind. Always," she answered, not opening her eyes. She became aware of the touch of strong arms that moved her away from the back of the bed. She opened her eyes to see Levi, already with his shoes off, sitting behind her. He leaned his back against the head of the bed and pressed her body against him again. Theia swallowed dryly and felt her temperature jump at least another degree. She rested her head against his chest and let his warm arms embrace her.
"Better?" He whispered in her ear in a low voice. She closed her eyes again and nodded. "If I catch it from you, I'll get a year's supply of tea," he added, and Theia laughed weakly.
"That would have to be the whole ship," she answered him and sat down more comfortably. She didn't even know how quickly she fell asleep again. He watched over her, feeling her every breath and fast beating heart. He didn't know what he was doing or why he was doing it. He did not understand his own actions. He didn't even know why he came here. For tea? Did he make that up as an excuse for her or for yourself? And now he's sitting here, in her bedroom again. He had never experienced this before. Since that day in the underground, when he came to save her, he felt a huge force pulling him to her. Something stronger than himself. And this power forced him to think about her almost constantly and put her at the first place. He let out a frustrated breath. The whole thing is starting to annoy him.
After waking up, Theia finally felt a little better. She found out somebody sitting behind her. She turned to notice Levi's sleeping face. Covering her mouth with her hand, she thought of a way to get away from him without waking him up. Her whole body was tangled in his. Their legs were close together and his hands were still resting on her stomach. So, she reached under the covers and found his hands to separate them. She, very carefully, peeled herself off his chest and held herself up with one hand to get off the bed.
"Can you tell me what you're trying to do?" She almost had a heart attack. She quickly turned around to look at him. His eyes were still closed. "Are you warm yet?" He asked, opening his tired eyes and stretching his stiff neck.
