"Erwin, your daughter..."

"Theia, what about her?" The blond man looked up from the book, she had recently given him for his birthday. Levi sat by the table, drinking his tea, still thinking about what happened last week. He was not sure, if he can talk about it, but he also knew, that once he started something, Erwin wouldn't just let him go.

"Why did she join the special unit?" He asked as carefully as he could. Erwin put the book on the table and looked out the window where it was snowing heavily.

"I admit that I don't know the reason myself. After Kathyn's death, she closed herself to me, and that continues to this day. She chose the military garrison because her test results were unsatisfactory."

"You speak rather cruelly of her, considering that she is your daughter," Levi interrupted.

"I'm just answering your question," Erwin mused. "Theia is quite complicated person."

"So, that's normal in your family," Levi teased again, and Erwin smiled.

"She is impulsive, choleric, temperamental, but she also has excellent analytical skills, quick reactions and she can work incredibly well under the pressure. They found out very quickly that her test results were so bad only because of her mental state. Theia performed brilliantly and almost immediately she was placed in a specialized unit, where she was the youngest at the time. Commander Pixis said it was the best way to drain her big amount of energy," he smiled again.

"So, it's been really five years," Levi mused. Erwin stood up, walked over to the glass case, opened it, and took out a red folder.

"135 missions, 81 criminals in jail and 672 dead by her hands," Levi turned his head to his direction completely shocked. "I'm really sorry, she's not in a good mood at times," Levi was speechless. It was the first time Erwin had seen him so confused. "Why are you asking about her?" Levi nervously sipped his tea. He remembered the day in the hospital when she tried to kill Bred and also, how she looked at him last week.

"Aren't you afraid that she is getting crazy?" He asked as soon as he calmed down. Erwin sat down at his chair again and picked up a book.

"Being a monster is normal in our family," he smiled and looked at his watch. "But I think it's time to go to lunch," he suggested, standing up from the table again. Levi followed him down the hall without saying a word. They were walking down the corridor in silence, where they were stopped by the call of Commander Shadis.

"Erwin! Wait, we can go to lunch together," they turned to him.

"We are talking about the wolfs," Erwin smiled and Levi pierced him with an angry look.

"Do you have wolves here?" Theia asked mockingly as if she knew exactly what her father was talking about. "Some people are more dangerous," she looked into Levi's eyes.

"Are you really saying that?" Shadis laughed and continued walking towards the dining room.

"Did you have a meeting?" Erwin asked after a short pause.

"Yes. We've been going over Theia's new suggestions on how to farm efficiently," Levi raised an eyebrow. "I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but I like her idea,"

"Would you mind letting me know more about it?" Erwin asked, letting the lady go into the dining room first, where they walked together to the food counter. They took their plates and sat down at the officers' table. Levi was the last to take his food and walked away from them.

"Levi," Erwin stopped him and he indicated him to join them. Levi turned and walked in his direction. Theia thought for a moment and picked up her plate again.
