I have always secretly wished to be the most important person in the world to someone. To be at someone's first place, someone's first choice. And then I would return it, with my honest love, even though it's not very simple for me to open up to somebody, but in the case I do so, my love is infinite. So please... I don't want to go back to the dark place where I was all those years. I want to be forever in that beautifully fragrant garden of your heart. Starlight, keep me there...

The touch of her hands was like redemption for him. Also the closeness of her warm body, the softness of her tender lips against his. Every time she said his name. He wondered if he was obsessed with her or addicted to her. Maybe he was addicted to the obsession with her. He smiled into the kiss and gently pulled away to interlace fingers on their hands, which Theia was watching lovingly. They hid under the treetop and waited for the heavy rain to stop, not minding the feeling of Zeke bleeding in the distance. Theia pushed back strands of Levi's black hair, leaving her palm resting on his head.

"I love you Levi," she whispered and smiled, unable to take her gaze off his beautifully clear eyes. They cut into her soul like pieces of steel, but she loved every bit of him, maybe even a little bit of painful beauty hidden in his eyes. "We'll kill him and come back for Kiara," her lips spoke and Levi nodded in satisfaction. It would end today, the curse of his promise that kept bringing them both back to that sad day of Erwin's death. Levi bounced off the tree and drew his blades, walking through the mud to the lying Zeke, followed by Theia. "Hey Levi! Did you lose your mind? Immediately pull the thunder spears out of that fucking, bearded titan, that's an order! " She screamed as she noticed in horror that Zeke had such a dangerous weapon stuck in his body the whole time.

"Trust me, that beast pile of shit can't do anything, anymore," Levi pointed out and turned to Theia, who had stopped right next to him as they were both shocked by Zeke's senseless scream.

"Mr. Xavier! I hope you see me!" Drop followed the drop, and Zeke stretched his body, yanking out wires, attached to the thunderspear. Levi's blood stopped flowing in horror as he realized that he had never made such a terrible mistake as today in his life. In the last second before the disaster, he pulled Theia sharply towards him. He pressed her head to his chest and hid her completely in his arms. He didn't know how he managed to do it so quickly, but from that moment, he no longer perceived anything. Although his ears heard the explosion, mixed with Theia's scream, he felt no pain, even though he knew well that the parts of the thunder spear had probably destroyed his organs and limbs. All he hoped was that she was okay. He hoped... that he had protected the only one decision, he had never regretted.

I will protect you, even if it costs my life.

Why does she feel pain so often in her life? She really wondered how tired her body must be from the pain it had already been through. Chilling raindrops fell on her face and she opened her eyes to see nothing but a shapeless mist. She very carefully turned around and supported herself with her elbow, which also burned her immensely. She could feel blood in her nose and mouth, which she subsequently coughed out, but she had no chance to breathe properly, because the only thing in the air was the heavy smell of steel and smoke. She exhaled very painfully and looked in horror around, at burnt pieces of wood and soil, everything engulfed in flames. Her thoughts began to settle. Slowly. Very slowly, only after she noticed Levi's horse, which she gave him for his promotion to captain. The majestic creature, whose saddle she had not even reached, now lay in the distance, motionless, its skin burned and its legs missing. Theia fought back the feeling of throwing up and looked away to lay her eyes on the thing, which had taken away her ability to breathe. She frowned and looked better on the two fingers, still gripping the handle of the blade as her heart began to beat faster. A huge blow hit Theia in the head, which almost immediately gave her a headache. And then the memories of the events that happened a few moments ago came back to her. With a shaky gaze, she looked around until her devastated eyes landed on Levi's motionless body, about two meters away, which she hadn't noticed until now.
