~ Four years later ~

'Look! Look! Daddy!' Nabi cried happily, and as she came running into the kitchen, Hongjoong chuckled, putting down the plate he'd been washing, drying off his hands and kneeling down before her.
'Goodness me, hun, are you excited to go to the park?' he asked as he ran a hand down the back of her head, raising an eyebrow at his four year old daughter, all dressed up with her backpack on, a kite in her hands, hair tied in pigtails with bows and her socks and sandals—to which it was usually unnecessarily hard to get her to wear—already on her feet.
'Yes yes yes!' she cried happily. 'Dadda said he going play kites with me~!' Her long dark lashes batted as she grinned, bouncing excitedly.
He let out a chuckle, glancing towards their bedroom. 'Did he? Well that sounds like fun. You're very early though, honey,' he said, glancing up at the clock. 'Do you maybe want to play with your toys for a little while before we go?'
She gave him a severe pout, butterfly eyes blinking in devastation up at him. 'No! I want to go park now! With dadda and Uncol Woo and Uncol Sang.'
God, she's so cute, he thought as he smoothed back her fringe. He could hear Wooyoung and Yeosang giggling to themselves as they eaves dropped in the blonde's old bedroom—the one that was now Nabi's—and he smirked to himself. He'd strongly suspected Wooyoung had been the one to do her hair.
He looked over her and her kite and felt his heart melting. 'Okay honey, well have you got everything?'
'Yes!' she cried excitedly.
He arched an eyebrow. 'Have you got your hat?'
She frowned as she thought, before her eyes widened and she dropped her kite. 'I forgotted!'
He smirked as she ran off down the hall to her room, before moments later she came running back with her purple hat—her Uncles following behind to sit on the couch and observe with smirks on their faces.
'I got it!' she cried, tugging on his arm where he was still crouched down. 'Daddy, can we go now?!'
He smirked. 'Your backpack looks kind of empty, he said, amused. 'Are you sure you're not forgetting something else?'
Bless her, her look of confusion was so adorable as she thought...
'Mr. Teddy?' he offered.
Her eyes widened, before squealing, 'Misser Teddy!' and running back to her room to fetch her favourite toy—a toy she never went anywhere without.
Smirk on his face, he looked up and met Wooyoung and Yeosang's amused gazes, before listening to the footfalls of his daughter hurtling back into the kitchen, carrying her teddy with her. Once upon a time, it used to be twice as big as her. Now, not so much.
