CHAPTER 84: Time Passed

Four Days have passed since (Y/n) and the Peace Faction left Unity City and Union Academy. During that time, some things have happened. Firstly, (Y/n) and the CRS Council had to work with the Peace Faction's members. Nezu was made a member of the Council and placed in charge of all Empowered within the faction. After that, (Y/n) dedicated his time to training Luna in the Force with Obi Wan's help. The Peace Faction's Pro Heroes and Huntsmen have set up a camp outside of Kuo Kuana which is guarded by the Peace Faction's Soldiers. Speaking of those soldiers, to tell the difference between them and United Forces Soldiers they changed their color scheme to that of the late Confederacy of Independent Systems thanks to (Y/n)'s suggestion. The Peace Faction Soldiers are now true members of the CRS. The CRS also adopted the CIS's emblem as their own. Jackson Black and Raven Branwen eventually returned to their respective groups but brought them to Menagerie with both the Outlaws and the Branwen tribe setting up their own camp far from Kuo Kuana.

At the moment, (Y/n) and Obi Wan were sparring against each other to show Luna what Lightsaber combat truly looks like. Luna sat off to the side with Nura and Nomad standing beside her. Luna watched with awe in her eyes as she watched Obi Wan and (Y/n) clash sabers. (Y/n) wore a new outfit. He wore an outfit similar to Count Dooku's cape included. But in addition to it he also sported armor on his chest, forearms, hands, and calves. His clothing was a dark blue color with black accents while his armor was white with bright blue accents. The symbol of the CIS is painted onto the right side of the chest plate. (Y/n) ditched his helmet as he no longer saw a need to wear it anymore. (Y/n) parried Obi Wan's strike and followed up with a strike of his own which Obi Wan blocked expertly. Obi Wan pushed (Y/n)'s lightsaber aside and stepped back to gain some distance. The two force wielders soon turned off their lightsabers and walked towards each other.

(Y/n): "Good to see you haven't gotten rusty, Kenobi." he said.

Obi Wan: "I could say the same to you. You've gotten better." he compliments.

The two then walk towards their spectators. Luna pushes herself off the ground and brushes off any dirt off her clothes.

Nomad: "I still find lightsaber duels to be quite the spectacle." he admits.

Nura: "They are something." she agrees.

(Y/n) and Obi Wan reach the trio and stop before them.

(Y/n): "Now that you know what a Lightsaber duel looks like. It's time to get you ready for your own lightsaber." he said.

Luna: "Alright. How do we do that?" She asks.

Obi Wan: "Normally you would be taken to Ilum to acquire a Kyber crystal, but we do not currently possess the means to reach there." he explains. "Considering we do not even know the route to Ilum from Earth."

(Y/n): "Who knows maybe we'll find some Kyber Crystals here on Earth." he comments.

Luna: "What's a Kyber Crystal?" she asks.

(Y/n): "It's the heart of our lightsabers. A vital component to every single Lightsaber ever made whether Jedi or Sith. They vary in color and each color has a meaning behind them." He explained.

Luna nods, now understanding what a Kyber Crystal is.

(Y/n): "Let's head back to Kuo Kuana." he said.

The group decides to do just that, and the walk back wasn't very eventful but thankfully they weren't very far from the city. Once they arrived in the city, they saw how both White Fang Soldiers and Battle Droids were on patrol or helping the civilians. A pair of Vulture Droids flew overhead on a typical patrol. (Y/n) also sees some Faunus talking to some Peace Faction Soldiers. Many reunions happened when (Y/n) and the Peace Faction arrived at Kuo Kuana. Blake was reunited with Team RWBY and Fumikage was reunited with Class 1-A. The now former students of Union Academy were told the truth about Union, and they were all devastated to hear that they were on the side of Evil all along. They were all conflicted on what to do now. They are all now technically traitors of Union no longer Pro heroes in training or Huntsmen in training.

(Y/n) gave them a choice with Ghira's permission. They could stay in Menagerie as civilians and non-combatants or keep training under the Peace Faction's Pro Heroes and Huntsmen to still become heroes and huntsmen. But if they did, they would be joining the CRS officially. Some of Class 1-A like Katsuki Bakugo decided to keep training with Bakugo even vowing to teardown Union with his explosions. Yor and her brother Yuri have been busy with Yuri's guilt. (Y/n) wished her could help but he has other things that needed his attention. It's not easy to run an entire Rebellion and being a dad. Thankfully he has help in running the Rebellion thanks to the War Council he helped form. Sienna Khan, Ghira Belladonna, Najenda, Obi Wan and now Nezu are helping him run everything.

While everything is going good, he fears that something bigger is about to go down.

[Henry's Office, Union Academy]

Henry sat in his office as he recounted the past events during the four days that passed since the Peace Faction left the city and academy. Henry himself dawned a new outfit. He now wore a more futuristic trench coat with added pieces of armor on his arms and legs. Long story short, things are not good for Union. People in the city are starting to ask questions about where everyone went, and the headmasters had to cover it up by saying it was a prolonged field trip across Union's territory. But Henry didn't know how long that would last. But during that, Henry lost contact with Grimshaw. After the Peace Faction made their move, Grimshaw just vanished. It confused Henry but he dreaded the idea that Grimshaw has gone rogue. Sure, he was never an official member of the UIB thanks to being a mercenary/assassin, but Grimshaw did owe him a favor. Perhaps Grimshaw believed that the favor was paid and left. Whatever the cause, Henry is searching for him. While he's doing that, Henry did some digging into the fate of his wife Monica's death.

While he couldn't find much, strangely a lot of the information about her was scrubbed from files. This raised Henry's suspicions on the headmasters as they are the only ones capable of doing this besides himself. He put that off to the side for now as he needed to prepare an appropriate response to the Peace Faction's actions. The headmasters demanded that he no longer fight this war in the shadows and prepare an actual response. Henry believes that's the best course of action. Henry had informed the entire United Forces to be on alert for any future Rebel attacks and to report back to him directly if any attacks happen. Currently, Henry was going through normal reports that are given to him by UIB Agents and UF Commanders. As he did, a holographic screen popped up with the word "Alert" on it. Curiosity took hold and he tapped it.

A holographic map of North America appeared and a beacon from a secret UIB Facility appears on it with the words "Under Attack" above it. Henry pressed a few buttons to try and contact this facility as he knows what this facility is. It's the one holding Khan Alcyon. Before he could establish contact, the holograms vanish. Henry didn't waste time and contacted the nearest United Forces base.

Henry: "Fort Hawkins, it's Director Louis. It's urgent." he said, urgency in his tone.

Operator(COMMS): "What is it, Director?" he asks.

Henry: "UIB Facility codenamed: Erebos in North America is under attack. I need an immediate response force now!" He ordered urgently.

Operator(COMMS): "Copy that. Provide coordinates and we'll dispatch reinforcements." he said.

Henry did not waste time and typed a few buttons to send the base's location to Fort Hawkins. He just prayed deeply that they can arrive in time.
