CHAPTER 88: Ghosts

Within Kuo Kuana, (Y/n) returned with Obi Wan, Ahsoka and Rex. Ahsoka was on board with helping (Y/n) put an end to Union and eventually take on the Empire once he's bolstered his numbers. Rex did agree to help but he made (Y/n) promise he'd help free the clones and (Y/n) gave his word. Now (Y/n) had to inform the rest of the CRS's Higher-ranking members that they have two new allies. After they landed in Kuo Kuana, the group exited the shuttle, and they were met by Luna and Nomad who had his helmet under his right arm. Nomad's eyes widened seeing Rex and Rex was surprised to see Nomad.

Nomad: "Well I'll be damned." he said.

Rex and Nomad gave each other an arm-wrestle handshake.

Rex: "Good to see you, brother." he said.

Nomad: "You too, Rex."

Rex: "how long have you been on Earth?" he asked.

Nomad: "A while. Longer than (Y/n)." he said. "I made a random hyper-space jump and ended up here."

(Y/n): "Nomad has been helping out with the Coalition, been training people to get them combat ready." he adds.

Rex: "Is that so?" he asked. "Well, it's good to see you alive and well."

Nomad: "You too."

Luna was confused with the new arrivals, so she looked at her adoptive father.

Luna: "Dad, who are these two?" she asked, looking directly at (Y/n).

Ahsoka/Rex: "Dad!?" they said with different levels of surprise.

(Y/n) ignored their reaction and answered his daughter's question.

(Y/n): "Their people I knew from the Clone Wars." He answered.

Luna: "Friend or foes?" she asked.

(Y/n): "bit of both."

Rex and Ahsoka looked at both Luna and (Y/n) before Rex leaned closer to Ahsoka.

Rex: "I do not see a resemblance." he whispered.

Obi Wan: "He adopted her." he informed. "She's also his apprentice."

Ahsoka: "Really?" she asked, finding that piece of information interesting.

Ahsoka turned his attention to (Y/n).

Ahsoka: "Never expected you to adopt or take on an apprentice." she said.

(Y/n): "I guess I'm full of surprises." he joked.

Luna: "Speaking of surprises." she said, remembering something. "While I was meditating, i felt two strange presences through the Force."

(Y/n): "Oh?"

Luna: "I then opened my eyes and looked around and I could swear I saw two figures in the distance. They had a blue hue to them and didn't seem physical." She described.

Obi Wan: "Didn't seem physical?" he asked.

Luna: "They looked almost transparent."

(Y/n) and Obi Wan looked at each other for a moment before the Former Sith looked at Nomad.

(Y/n): "Heighten security, we may have been breached." he ordered.

Nomad: "Will do." he said before putting on his helmet and rushing away to inform others to heighten security.

(Y/n) then looked at his daughter.

(Y/n): "Take me to where you meditated. I want to see if we can find those figures again." he instructed.
