CHAPTER 87: New Allies

(Y/n) and Obi Wan stood in shock as they saw an old Clone Wars friend. (Y/n) and Ahsoka's relationship was a complicated one. Sure, they didn't hate each other, but they didn't like each other either when they first met. Ahsoka's young mind only saw (Y/n) as an Enemy to be defeated during the Clone Wars, but as time went on and due to Anakin and (Y/n)'s bond, she grew to view (Y/n) differently. She wasn't a fan of being on the opposite side of a War when someone who could be considered a friend was on the other side. It's thanks to (Y/n)'s bond with Anakin Skywalker that Ahsoka established a bond with him. Not a strong one, but enough to consider (Y/n) a friend. But seeing Ahsoka here, at Earth, is surprising.

(Y/n): "Ahsoka, it's... good to see you too." he said, not sure how to react to seeing an old friend again.

Obi Wan: "How did you get here?" he asked.

Ahsoka: "Master Yoda contacted me through the force and told me to use the force as my guide." She answered.

(Y/n): "Yoda?" he asked before he remembered.

Back when he infiltrated Union Academy, Yoda contacted him through the force and mentioned he would send someone. So Ahsoka was that person.

(Y/n): "Well, thank you Master Yoda." he mumbled.

Ahsoka: "Altus has been briefing me on what's going on here on this planet." she said, briefly looking at the droid in question before a smile came to her face. "Good to know you haven't stopped fighting, (Y/n)."

(Y/n): "It's me we're talking about here." he said, gesturing to himself. "Of course I'll keep fighting. Especially against oppression. So, I take it your trip was eventful?"

Ahsoka: "It was a struggle to secure a ship, but Bail Organa and Rex were able to help me." she informed.

Bail Organa. (Y/n) never interacted with him a lot during the Clone Wars, but it was enough to consider Bail an ally. Then there's Rex. He and the clone captain have a rocky history. They're not enemies but they're not friends either. Rex doesn't particularly like him because of the fact that (Y/n) killed many clones during the Clone Wars. Which (Y/n) understands. But it seems the allies he made during the Clone Wars are paying off. Good timing too. Because now with Ahsoka, the Coalition of Rebel Sectors has 4 Force users.

(Y/n): "Well, it's good to have you here Ahsoka." he said.

Ahsoka: "Oh, I'm not alone." She brought up.

(Y/n): "oh?"

Obi Wan: "Who's with you?" He asked.

Ahsoka: "Rex." she answered. "He decided to join me on my journey, he believes it'll be a key to defeating the Empire and freeing the Clones. As much as he doesn't like Droids."

(Y/n): "Where is he?" he asked.

Ahsoka: "In the hanger with the ship." she answered.

The entrance to the hanger opened as a White Fang Soldier and Rex walk into the bridge. Rex had his helmet under his arm.

WF Soldier: "here it is." she said.

Rex: "Thanks."

The White Fang Soldier turned on their heel and walked out of the bridge. Rex went the other direction and walked towards the Force users and Super tactical droid.

Ahsoka: "Got sick of waiting, Rex?" She asked.

Rex: "You could say that." he said.

Rex takes notice of both (Y/n) and Obi Wan. He was glad to see that Obi Wan was okay but was also surprised to see the Jedi right beside (Y/n) of all people.
