CHAPTER 78: All in Motion

With the clock now ticking, (Y/n) knows he must hurry with his plans. But there is one student that needs to know the truth. Rias Gremory. (Y/n) remembers that Qrow told him about Sirzechs' plans for his own sister and it sickens (Y/n). He refuses to let anyone become simply a weapon for someone else's gain. So that's why he wants to at least push Rias in the right direction before the Peace Faction and himself make their move. Nezu was adamant in getting Rias into the Peace Faction for some reason. Maybe her potential, at least that's what (Y/n) guesses. He had informed Nezu of his plan to speak to Rias ahead of time. Right now, he was making his way towards a room that he's been told Rias goes to every day. Once he arrives, he raised his hand to knock on the door but stops as he hears a loud voice inside. He can't make out the words, but someone is getting scolded. (Y/n) knocks on the door to get the occupants' attention. As he waited, he felt like he was being watched so he looked down the hall both ways and saw no one. He then looked up at the cameras and saw one of them looking directly at him.

He paid the camera no mind as he heard the clicking off the door opening. When the door opened, he saw a girl with red hair. He recognizes her as Qrow had told him who she was when he first arrived in Union Academy. Her name Rias Gremory. A soon to be victim of Union's schemes.

Rias: "Can I help you?" She asks.

(Y/n): "May I come in? I would like to talk to you about something important." he said.

Rias was skeptical but decided to run with it. She knew he was the new teacher as she's heard rumors about it and had seen his Evaluation. Rias steps aside and let him into the room. Once (Y/n) entered the room, the camera watching him stayed looking at the door. Down the hall and around the corner was Yuri Briar. Suspicion lacing his gaze as he carried out a mission Henry gave him personally. Inside the room, (Y/n) sees the other occupants. They all sat on either the couches in the room or in one of the chairs.

(Y/n): "Well, I believe proper introductions are in order." he said.

Everyone introduces themselves by name. (Y/n) doesn't reveal too much, just the name Darth Seraph. Once everyone had finished introducing themselves, Rias had sat down next to her friend Akeno. With that (Y/n) got on with it.

Rias: "So, what did you need to talk to me about?" she asks.

(Y/n): "Tell me, have you heard of Project Immortal?" he asks.

Rias: "Can't say I have." she said.

Issei: "Is it some kind of military project? The United Forces sure has a lot of them." He asks.

(Y/n): "Not necessarily." he said. "But what I'm going to tell you, you might think I'm lying."

Rias gave him a look that told him to continue.

(Y/n): "Project Immortal involves your arranged marriage with Riser Phenex." he said.

Rias was surprised that (Y/n) knew about that. The others were as well. Recently, Riser had arrived and basically challenged them to a Rating Game.

Akeno: "How do you know about that?" she asks.

(Y/n): "Let's just say a bird told me." he said, referring to Qrow.

Rias was more focused on how this Project involved her arranged marriage that she hated. Before she could ask, a Magic Circle appeared on the floor in the room. (Y/n) grabbed his lightsaber hilt and prepared for battle but Rias quickly stood up recognizing the glyph.

Rias: "Wait, stop!" she pleas.

(Y/n) clips the hilt back onto his belt. From the glyph a woman appeared, and she looked somewhat like Rias. The woman had brown hair and purple eyes.
