CHAPTER 99: The Assault Part 3

Ethan glared at Rex and Nomad who held him at gun point. Ahsoka, Yor and Aizawa soon enter the room and see (Y/n) embracing his daughter. They then turned to Ethan who was considering his options. He could try and make a deal with them to ensure his survival. He drops the remote and put his hands up but before he could bargain for his survival, (Y/n) had stopped hugging his daughter and sped past everyone and grabbed Ethan by the neck and lifted him into the air.

"Give me a good reason why I shouldn't kill you." (Y/n) said with absolute hatred.

"I have information, research and all kinds of scientific data that could prove useful to you." Ethan said hastily.

"Research collected by you, someone who hurt my daughter!" (Y/n) said angrily.

(Y/n) raised his Lightsaber and was about to strike Ethan down, but Aizawa grabbed his wrist and stopped him.

"No! He needs to face justice, not execution!" Aizawa said with a stern look in his eyes.

(Y/n) glared at him and if looks could kill, Aizawa would be dead 10 times over. Luna watched as her father was clearly starting to lose control of himself. It must be the Dark Side of the Force finally doing its job. She was concerned for her father. She looked over and saw both Anya and Eri in a corner but when they noticed that Luna was alright, they rushed over to her. (Y/n) was about to push Aizawa back and kill Ethan but Yor grabbed his other arm making him look at her.

"Don't do this." Yor said.

"Why shouldn't I?" (Y/n) asked.

"I don't know how your power works, but it's clear to me that it's controlling your actions." Yor said. "You've done so much for me, I want to help you. I want to be the one who saves you this time."

(Y/n)'s angered filled eyes falters as he let the words she said process in his mind. Save him. He's always been the one to save others and no one has never saved him before. He mostly had to save himself. So, hearing that someone else was willing to save him—in this case save him from himself—it helped him regain control of himself. His eyes slowly return to normal as he turns off his lightsaber. He then drops Ethan who coughs a bit from the tight grip (Y/n) had on his neck. Aizawa lets go of (Y/n) while the Former Sith kept his gaze on Yor and she did the same. As they look into each other's eyes, they hear someone get their attention.

"Dad." Luna said, standing up on her two feet.

(Y/n) and Yor look at her.

"These two are coming with us." Luna said, gesturing to Eri and Anya.

(Y/n) looked at the two children before looking at his daughter and nodding. A beeping sound is heard, and it makes the former Sith grab his holographic communicator. He pressed a button, and the hologram of Altus appears.

"What is it Altus?" (Y/n) asked.

"You have reinforcements heading your way." Altus said.

"I didn't request it." (Y/n) said in a confused fashion.

"He was rather persistent about aiding you in your mission." Altus said.

"He?" (Y/n) asked, confused once more.

"You'll see when he arrives." Altus said before ending the transmission.

(Y/n) was confused as well as the others but they paid it no mind as they needed to leave.

[War Room, Black Rose Bunker]

Khan was waiting to hear back from either Kagami or Grimshaw, but he heard nothing. He was starting to get worried about them. Well mostly Kagami, he's certain Grimshaw can hold his own. He's survived this long on his own, he can certainly handle a few stranglers. Kagami on the other hand, while she seemed experienced, she was also inexperienced compared to her ancestor who worked with him all those years ago. Akio was a great fighter, so is Kagami, but he was better. He may be a Villain in the eyes of many, but he does somewhat care for his followers. He wouldn't have gotten where he was without them. He may be powerful, but he's one man. One man can only do so much. Khan then watched as a Black Rose Soldier walked up to him.

"Sir, Kagami's dead and Ethan was captured." The Soldier said.

"How?" Khan asked.

"Ethan went to terminate the test subjects, and the enemy got to him before he could carry it out." the Soldier reports.

Khan growls lowly hearing this. Ethan disobeyed his orders to not harm the subjects. A price he will pay for.

"Orders sir?" The Soldier asked.

"Order a complete evacuation of who's left." Khan said. "We'll fall back to our base In North America."

"Is that wise?" The Soldier asked.

"No." Khan said. "But it's the only other base that Union doesn't know about yet."

"What about Grimshaw?" The Soldier asked.

"Tell him to finish his prey and meet up with us at the base." Khan ordered.

The Soldier nods and rushed to carry out the order.

[Elsewhere]

(Y/n), the Commando Droids, his Task Force, Luna, Eri and Anya rushed down the halls of the base in a quick escape. (Y/n) could see the entrance of the Bunker up ahead, but black smoke began to gather in the middle of the hall. (Y/n) came to a halt and the others followed suit. From the cloud of smoke, Grimshaw stepped out. Both swords at the ready. (Y/n) ignites his lightsaber before he charged at Grimshaw. Grimshaw charged back and the two clashed in the middle of the hall. Before they clashed, Grimshaw coated his blades in a black energy but when they clashed, (Y/n) had enough momentum to push Grimshaw back a few feet before he regained his footing. Grimshaw then broke the blade lock and went to attack (Y/n) but Aizawa activated his Quirk and neutralized Grimshaw's powers. When Lightsaber and blade met, Grimshaw's blade was sliced in half. Grimshaw saw this and quickly backed up.

But (Y/n) didn't give him space to breath and used Force Lightning. (Y/n) was not playing around this time. But as he unleashed his might, he thought about an anchor to keep him from losing control. That anchor was Yor and Luna. They were the first two who came to mind. Grimshaw created an energy barrier in front of him with a device and blocked the lightning. (Y/n) halted his assault and was about to charge in but he and everyone else heard something. Some kind of breathing.

Grimshaw turned around slowly as a sense of dread came over him. When he fully turned around, he saw a figure clad in darkness with Soldiers behind him all aiming their weapons at him. (Y/n) knew who this was and who those Soldiers were. Darth Vader ignites his lightsaber, and its red glow illuminates the hallway. Grimshaw had a feeling he wouldn't win so he tried to bail but Vader used the Force and pulled Grimshaw towards him. In a swift thrust of the Lightsaber, Vader pierced through Grimshaw's body as he reached him. Letting him go through the Force and turning his lightsaber off, Grimshaw fell to the floor lifelessly. The Clone Troopers of the 501st Legion lowered their blasters after Vader gestured for them to do so. The Dark Lord then looked at (Y/n) who turned off his lightsaber.

Vader also saw Ahsoka and Rex beside (Y/n). Seeing three people he cared about, he was glad.

"(Y/n)." Vader greets.

"Anakin." 

Still cannot believe that the next chapter will be Chapter 100.
