CHAPTER 85: Khan Alcyon

At an Unknown Location in North America, the Erebos UIB Facility containing Khan Alcyon was under attack. The Tanaka Bandit tribe had launched an assault on the Facility, but they had help. It wasn't another faction but a man. The surface of the base had been overrun by the Tanaka Bandit Force. The surface of the base was wrecked with dead UIB Personnel scattering the land. Within the underground complex, numerous UIB Soldiers and Huntsmen rushed to respond to the attackers. Gunfire is heard echoing through the halls as are the death screams of UIB Soldiers. Within the entrance to Khan Alcyon's cell door, the 4 UIB Huntsmen standing guard prepare themselves. Soon the gunfire stopped, and silence is all that was heard. The UIB Huntsmen lock their eyes on the entrance to the chamber and soon the large blast doors get a large dent followed by a loud bang. Another dent appears before the blast doors are blasted open by someone. A woman dashed into the room at full speed. This woman was Kagami Tanaka the leader of the Tanaka Bandit Tribe.

Kagami wore snow white colored high-tech armor that looked strikingly similar to samurai armor with brick red accents. Her gauntlets generated lightning as they enhanced her attacks. Her entire suit of armor enhances her physical abilities. The 4 UIB Huntsmen charged her as she charged them. Kagami dodges the swing of a blade then the woosh of a hammer and then jumps over a battle staff before diving down to dodge a sniper. She rushed the sniper wielding Huntsmen and grabbed the barrel of the gun and lifted it up just as the Huntsmen fired a shot. Kagami then punched the Huntsmen across the face and sent them flying into the wall. The hammer wielding Huntsmen charged Kagami with a war cry. The Huntsmen jumped up and raised his hammer before he fell down and swung it downwards. Kagami turned wound in an instant and leaned her body to the right to dodge the hammer as she threw a fist into the gut of the Huntsmen.

The Huntsmen is launched across the room and hits the wall with their aura shattering.

Kagami: "Weak..."

The sword wielding Huntsmen charged next alongside the battle staff wielding Huntsmen. The staff wielder spun their staff around before spinning around themselves while swinging the staff to strike Kagami. Kagami blocked it before she swiftly broke the staff with her other hand. She then launched her knee into the Huntsmen's face.

Kagami: "Union..."

Kagami moved her head and dodge the sword from the last Huntsmen before she drove her fist into their chest.

Kagami: "TRASH!!" she shouted as the Huntsmen was launched from her punch.

The sniper wielding Huntsmen got back up and grabbed his sniper before aiming it at Kagami. Suddenly, from the entrance of the chamber a sword flew through the room and impaled the Sniper Huntsmen causing them to fall backwards. Kagami turned to the sniper before turning to the person who threw the sword. Grimshaw walked into the room casually and towards Kagami.

Kagami: "I had him." she said.

Grimshaw: "Sure you did." He comments as he walked past Kagami.

Kagami walked with Grimshaw towards the vault like cell door. Grimshaw retrieved his sword from the corpse of the Huntsmen before putting it in the sheath on his hip. Kagami walked up to the control terminal by the vault door. She grabs a device from her belt and placed it on the control terminal. The device forms a brace around the terminal before it works its magic. The red display on the device eventually turns green and Kagami smiles.

Kagami: "Thank you Apex Security & Research." she said mockingly.

The laser grid over the vault door shuts off before the vault's locks unlock. Grimshaw grabs the vault door with shadows and pried it open effortlessly. Once it was open, Kagami and Grimshaw stand at the entrance. They hear heavy footsteps approaching before a towering figure stepped out of the cell. His towering figure was joined by white hair and yellow eyes. The man was muscular and had an intimidating aura. This was Khan Alcyon. The man that the Erebos Facility was built to contain.
