Isabella finally fell asleep, getting the much needed rest that she needed, Sarah and Liandra took turns holding the babe.

"The babe sleeps like an angel." Liandra said, as she looked down at the babe lovingly.

"Aye finally! its the first time my sister is getting the rest she needs since she gave birth two weeks ago. The babe is draining her, I think me and you should take turns caring for the child until Isabella recovers from the delivery."

"Aye, she is much too weak, the babe sucks the very life from her!"

"I wonder how much longer until isabella gets her memory back, I can tell Silas is losing his patience with her, I wouldn't be surprised if he jumps into bed with her tonight! Did you see the yearning in his eyes when he looked down at my sister before he left with Camran?" Sarah asked, and reached for the babe, It was her turn to cradle it in her arms.

Carefully, Liandra placed the tiny bundle in Sarah's arms and walked over to the bed where the Druidess slept. Pulling the ivory sheet over Isabella's shoulders, the Druidess turned around and went to take her seat on the other side of the room. "Aye I did, mayhap tonight we can take the babe to our chambers and allow Silas a few hours alone with her."

"Good idea, I'll take the babe to my bed tonight and you can have it in the morning."

Liandra walked to the door and swung it open, "let's go Sarah, it's been a long day and I'm really tired."

Sarah followed her out of Isabella's chamber, and Liandra closed the door. "If the babe is too much to handle during the night, don't hesitate to come get me!"

"Aye." Sarah answered, "good night."

Zorro swung from the candle chandelier and landed on his feet right in front of Bella.

"That was some entrance you made Zorro!" Bella purred, as she watched him through her hooded eyes.

"Did you miss me?"

In answer, Bella lay on her back by the fireplace and motioned for him to come to her.

Zorro did not hesitate, he pulled his mask off his face and whipped it across the room, before he jumped on top of Bella.

Alana lay on her bed restless, unable to sleep a wink. Her mind was occupied with thoughts of the blacksmith. Images of his muscled arms as he worked plagued her and she tossed and turned all night long.

Archangel Gabriel watched her from his realm and sighed, this was taking longer than he anticipated. Alana and the blacksmith hadn't made any progress yet! He would have to speed things along, he thought, New Year's Eve was only a few weeks away, and he needed to secure Alana's saftey in the arms of the blacksmith before catastrophe hit.

***********

Leathan, Sidri's second in command, thought to go to his King and tell him that he was going to leave for New York.

"Why would you go from now?" Sidri asked, "New Years eve is still two weeks away!

"I know, but I thought to go early and visit a few friends."

Sidri raised an eye brow, "Friends? Since when do you have friends in New York City?"

Leathan took a deep inhalation of breath, "I'm bored and I thought to go to New York for some action, besides you never know, I might run into the evil ones and get information out of them!"

"Go if you must, but as your friend and King I must warn you, tis very dangerous over there at this time of year. You don't want them to catch you and trap you in a time warp!"

"I'll be fine my friend, worry not for me." Leathan said, before he disappeared into thin air.

The streets of New York were empty, it was cold, dark and very late as Leathan made his way to the Drake Hotel.

"Leathan, it's been a long time my friend!" The security guard said, flashing his white teeth at him, as he opened the glass door for the Fay to enter.

Leathan nodded his head aknowledging the old man in uniform, and walked past him towards the elevators. it has been more than a few months since he had last visited his pent house, and when the elevator door opened, he headed straight for the liquor and poured himself a double shot of whiskey.

When Silas and Camran returned to the palace, they were exhausted and headed straight to their own rooms. Silas placed his hand on the handle and was about to open the door to his chamber when it occured to him that he was a fool. Down the hall was his soulmate and he had run out of patience. He decided that tonight he would go to Isabella and claim back what belonged to him!

The Druid closed the door slowly to Isabella's bed chamber and turned around, the weak flame on the candle that sat on the table was about to distinguish, and his figure cast shadows across the walls as he made his way to where his soulmate slept.

With one swift movement he unwrapped his kilt and dropped it to the floor. His thick calloused hand wrapped around his throbbing shaft and he closed his eyes for a second to calm his beating heart before he jumped on the bed next to Isabella.

His heart pounded wildly against his muscled chest as he shifted his body over his soulmate's and pulled her night gown up to her waist. Bracing his hands on the mattress, he nudged her thighs apart with his knee and slowly glided his shaft inside her.

Isabella moaned with delight, and arched her back, lifting her breast upwards. A masculine groan escaped the Druids lips before he dipped his head and took one of her nipples in his mouth. An overwhelming burst of excitement seized Silas, and he lost all control. The warrior exploded at that moment and spilled his seed inside her, and bolts of lightening surged through the both of them and shook them to the core.

Isabella's eyes flew open as waves of pleasure washed over her, and every cell inside her body came to life. Within seconds all her memory was restored and tears glided down Isabella's face. "Silas, my love!" She cried.

Silas dropped his face to the nape of her neck and cried his heart out. She was back!
