{Ciel Phantomhive} (Thank You One-Shot)

A/N: Thank you all so much for your help! Because you all helped so much with my throat problem, here's a little Ciel Phantomhive drabble because he's great.

The moment you walked into your manor, aka the Phantomhive Manor, it was unusually quiet and smelled like roses. Usually, you would come home to see your husband Ciel rushing here and there to get work done for his company, but today was oddly different. You sat down the various shopping bags you had been lugging around for the past hour and walked up the stairs, where the smell of roses seemed to get stronger as you went.

You followed the scent all the way to the bathroom, where you peeked in and saw a sight that almost made you melt right there and then.

Ciel was leisurely taking a hot bath with rose pedals in it, scented candles surrounded him, and the best part of it all, was the fact that he was staring straight at you. You felt the butterflies creep up in your stomach as Ciel gestured you closer to him. You hesitantly walked over to him but before you could get close to him, he said in a low voice,

"What are you waiting for dear? Don't you want to join me?" You could feel yourself getting warmer by the second, in more places then one. You made your way over to his side, before he somehow stripped you of your clothes while still in the tub and got you in with him.

The next thing you knew, your back was against his chest and he was slowly creeping his hands around your waist and even higher. You gasped and said,

"Ciel.." You could almost feel the smirk that played across his lips as he brought them close to your ear and said,

"Yes?" You put your hands over his which were resting on your stomach and said,

"We can't have sex." Ciel let out a small grunt and asked,

"Well why the hell not? It's not like you're pregnant or something." Your thoughts screamed at you to tell him otherwise, because that's precisely why you went out that day. You had been feeling nauseous for the last couple of days and you wanted to find the reason why. Well, you did. Turns out you were 6 weeks pregnant, and of course the minute you found out you had to go shopping. At the time you just hadn't thought about telling Ciel. But now it was time to spill the beans.

"I am." Ciel was quiet for a little bit before he asked,

"Excuse me but could you repeat?" I breathed out a sigh and said,

"I'm six weeks pregnant and you're, of course, the father." (Maury comes in: CIEL YOU ARE THE FATHER)

You turned around to look at Ciel and didn't expect to see what you were witnessing with your own eyes.

Streams of tears flowed down Ciel's cheeks as he tried to cover his face with his hand. He said in a hushed voice,

"I'm..going to be a dad?" You could feel the swell of emotions in your eyes as well as you replied in a shaky voice,

"Mhm." Ciel suddenly hugged you and said,

"Thank you, thank you (Y/N). I love this baby and I love you." You smiled and kissed him before saying,

"I love you both as well."
