Luke squirmed around on his back, feeling the fleece rub against the back of his head. His ears curled under, and he purred.
"I'm home, kitten." Michael said softly as he walked into their bedroom, just in case Luke was asleep.
"Mikey!" Luke squealed, and sat down on Michaels lap.
The brunette smiled and scratched behind the little ears that were poking out from the top of Luke's head.
"Luke's likes that." He muttered, snuggling his face into Michaels shoulder.
"How was your day? Did you get into any trouble?" Michael asked, and Luke shook his head.
"Boring day for Luke. Wishes you were here all day." He pouted, hugging Michael.
"I know, sweetheart," Michael whispered, holding Luke tighter around his waist.
Michael continued scratching behinds Luke's ears, and laughed once he turned around in Michaels lap, sticking out his stomach by arching his back.
Michael rubbed Luke's stomach, feeling soft purrs shake Luke's body very slowly.
"Love." Luke whispered, so Michael looked down and kissed his lips.
"Love." He said back softly.
"Really love Lukey?" The smaller boy asked.
"Without a doubt." Michael told him, pressing their foreheads together as Luke smiled.
"You're so pretty, baby. Such a pretty kitty." Michael told him.
"Thanks you, mikey." Luke blushed
Luke closed his eyes as Michael ran a hand through his slightly curly hair. He couldn't stay awake when Michael did something like that. It was nearly impossible because Michael knows how to relax Luke. Make him feel comfortable.
"Goodnight, baby." Michael whispered as Luke fell completely asleep on his shoulder.
