Luke limped in the house, his legs shaking, his neck covered in hickies.

"Where the hell have you been? You've been gone since 9 a.m. You said you were going to the grocery store, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't take 11 hours!" Michael yelled as he walked down the stairs.

"And I'm pretty sure most people don't come home from the store with hickies all over their neck." Michael said quietly and Luke could see the anger in his eyes.

He wanted to speak to Michael but his throat was sore and his jaw was hurting so bad.

"Explain this, Luke!" Michael yelled, causing the blonde boy to jump.

It was silent before Michael ran his hand over his face out of frustration.

"I promised myself that my kids would never have to wonder which house they're going to for Christmas or for the summer or- Luke, we have a family! How could you just go out and find somebody else?" Michael spat.

Luke didn't blame him for jumping to conclusions. It looks like he was cheating. He would be angry too if Michael came home like this without calling all day.

Luke watched with tears in his eyes as Michael walked out of the backdoor. Probably just to cool down.

Luke sighed almost silently and slowly made his way upstairs despite the pain he was feeling.

He laid down on their bed and pulled Michaels pillow into his chest, letting his tears soak into it.

Michael kissed both of his little girl's foreheads before turning on the nightlight and shutting the door.

He walked down the hall and sighed when he saw Luke laying in the center of their king sized bed.

"This isn't like you." Michael said, and Luke made no effort to move. "You love those girls. You could never do that to your daughters."

Michael sat down on the bed, and looked over at Luke.

"Just tell me why, Luke.." Michael whispered.

"Hold me.." Luke whispered, his voice hoarse.

"Luke-"

"I need you Michael, okay?" Luke cried, his voice cracking.

"What's happening?" Michaels asked, getting concerned.

"I was råped.." Luke whispered, and Michaels jaw dropped. "...everything hurts and I just need you to believe me."

"Baby, I believe you. Of course I believe you.." Michael said, placing his hand on Luke's cheek. "...look, we need to call the police and-"

"They had tme blindfolded the whole time. I have no idea what they look like or what kind of car I was in." Luke whispered, and Michael laid beside him, his heart breaking for Luke.

"Come here." Michael whispered, and threw an arm over Luke, holding him tightly.

"I'm scared.." Luke cried.

He didn't even want to tell Michael. He was embarrassed even though he shouldn't be, but he couldn't let Michael think he cheated. He loves this family too much.

"Is dad home?" He heard a little voice ask, and he looked up to see two little girls peeking their heads out from behind the door.

"He needs to rest right n-"

"Come here." Luke said, opening up his arms.

The two girls smiled and ran over to the two, hopping up on the bed. They knew something was wrong but they didn't want to ask.

"We missed you." The older one, 5 years old, said, and Luke smiled, cuddling both of them between him and Michaels chests.

"I missed you girls too. I just had to shop a little longer than I thought." Luke said, and kissed both of their heads.

"Can we sleep in here tonight?" The youngest one asked, and Luke nodded, looking up at Michael.

They pulled the blankets up and Michael threw his arm over all of them.

Luke smiled as they both slowly drifted off to sleep.

He looked down at his daughters and then back up at Michael.

"I'm gonna be okay." Luke said, his voice still raspy.

"I know."

Michael held his family in his arms, and smiled as Luke peacefully fell asleep too.

He ran his hand against the hair on the side of Luke's head and admired how strong Luke is. Despite being torn up, he's still there for his family. He wasn't letting what happened trip him up, and that is completely admirable.

"I love you, Luke. Always."
