Luke had never been one to really show a lot of emotion. He felt it, but he never showed it in a way that most people do. Michael knew what Luke was feeling by the way he would hold his hand, or kiss him. Or just the look in Luke's eyes would give it away.
Luke always wanted to be strong. He never wanted to let the walls he has built come down. He wasn't vulnerable.
But in just a matter of seconds, everything he built up came crashing down, leaving him in a broken mess.
"Baby.." Michael slurred, walking into the house. He drunkenly stumbled into the living room where Luke was sat, reading a book.
"Michael, you said you weren't gonna drink a lot." Luke whispered. He got up, pulling down his sweater to cover his bum as he walked over to Michael to help him.
"You're so sexy.." Michael whispered, holding Luke's waist, but Luke just backed away. Michael always felt like a stranger when he was drunk. It wasn't the Michael Luke fell in love with.
"Not tonight.." Luke whispered, realizing what Michael wanted from him.
He watched as Michael rolled his eyes, an obvious face of annoyance took over.
Luke nervously bit his lip.
"Babe, cmon, let's just get you in the shower." Luke said, holding Michael's arm.
"No." Michael spat, pulling his arm away from Luke roughly.
Luke ran his hand over his stubble, trying to think of what to do. He's never had to deal with Michael when he's this intoxicated.
"Just go to our room. I'm gonna be there in a second. Be ready." Michael said, so Luke crossed his arms.
"No. I'm not having sex with you while you're drunk." He said, so Michael turned around, grabbing his wrists. Luke's eyes filled with fear as he felt Michael backing him up to their bedroom.
"Stop!" Luke yelled, but Michael just slammed his back against the wall, causing Luke to wince.
"Please stop.." Luke whispered, looking up into Michael's eyes as he felt Michael's grip tighten on his wrists. "Michael, I know you wouldn't do this if you weren't drunk, and I know you don't know what you're doing, so if you just stop right now, we'll be okay. Please don't hurt me." Luke said calmly, even though he's scared.
Michael leaned down, and kissed Luke's neck, causing the blonde boy to shake his head quickly. He pushed Michael away, and he got pushed down in return.
Michael roughly picked Luke up, holding his back to his chest. His arm tightly held both of Luke's down as the other one picked him up by his waist. Luke was tempted to just give Michael what he wanted. He thought it would be easier.
But he wasn't going to let Michael do that to him. He knows Michael would hate himself for it in the morning.
"Stop!" Luke yelled, biting Michael's hand, causing him to be dropped.
Michael backed Luke up into a corner, and for the first time, Michael saw a tear fall from Luke's eye.
Luke had never cried in front of Michael, but he was just so scared.
"Please don't hurt me anymore." Luke cried, holding onto Michael's shirt.
Everything Michael knew about Luke changed. He thought he was just stubborn, and too strong to let anything affect him, but here he was, showing Michael that he can be vulnerable, and he does get scared.
Michael backed up, moving away from Luke's shaking body as he ran into a bedroom, shutting the door, and locking it. He couldn't be around Luke. He hurt him, but he's glad it stopped before it got worse. He started hating himself for what he did as his drunk mind started to sober up.
Luke wept as he sat against the wall. He never thought Michael would do anything like that. He never thought he would show Michael this side.
Luke didn't know what to do.

Michael sighed as he saw Luke sleeping in the guest room.
He remembered how Luke begged him to stop as tears fell from his eyes.
He has never seen Luke so torn up before and it broke his heart that he was the one that caused it.
"Michael?" Luke asked as he sat up.
"Luke," Michael whispered, walking over to him. He sat down on the bed, and Luke stood up.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" He yelled, crossing his arms. "You promised you weren't going to come home that drunk, but you did! You left me to try and figure out how to help you, but I ended up getting hurt because of it!" Luke cried, and Michael looked into Luke's red brimmed eyes.
He could tell Luke was still scared.
"Luke, I'm sorry. It won't happen again." Michael told him.
"You're right. It won't because I'm leaving." Luke whispered, so Michael stood up.
"Luke, please don't go." Michael whispered, pressing his forehead to Luke's.
"Michael, I know you didn't really physically hurt me that bad, but you really scared me. I shouldn't be afraid of you like that." Luke whispered.
"I know, Luke, and I'm so sorry. I know I don't deserve your forgiveness, and I'm not asking for it, but give me the chance to show you that will never happen again. I won't ever get drunk again if it means putting you in danger. Your safety and happiness is always my first priority." Michael whispered, wiping Luke's eyes.
"Do something stupid like that again, and I'm leaving without a second thought."
