I get teleported to a random place, trees around me. Suddenly, Sabre comes up the hill. "Sabre?!" I shout and then he hugs me. I hug him back, honestly missing him. After a moment or two we both pull away from the hug.
"Time Steve?! What are you doing here?!" he shouts and I chuckle. "Honestly, I don't know. I was walking through some plains, and then I was teleported here," I explain, and Sabre nods.
"Well, at least you're here! We got tons to catch up on, seeing as we haven't seen each other since Elemental Steve... died," he says and I look down. I've been trying to forget about my brother being dead, and I wasn't thinking about it for a long time, but now I'm thinking about it again.
"Yeah... I miss him.." I say softly and I small tear rolls down my cheek. "Sorry about that Time Steve... I forgot that you were close to him at one point..." he says and gently hugs me once again, this time for comfort.
I cry against his body, letting him hold me in his warm embrace. Seeing as I've never lost my cool and actually cried around Sabre, I feel like it's only fair I have this one time. I sob on his shoulder, letting my tears stain his fuzzy chicken suit. He comforts me, rubbing small circles on my back. After a minute or two I compose myself, where I pull away from his comforting embrace and look at him.
"Are you okay?" Sabre asks, and I sniffle. I nod, unable to put my feelings into some small, meaningless words. "I'm fine," I say and he gives me a weak smile. "I missed you..." he says softly and then I do the weak smile.
"I missed you too Sabre," he smiles and then we continue to talk.
After a while he takes me over to his 'base', which turns out to be a fake house and a ugly dirt house that is actually a secret passageway. He shows me around, and then searches for 'Galaxy Steve', whoever that is. Apparently, Galaxy Steve is the one who created me and Elemental Steve.
We look around for him for a while, before Sabre slumps down in defeat. I sit down next to him, comforting him the way he comforted me. I mean, he isn't crying, but still, I'm comforting him. We're both sitting on the grassy ground, and he looks at where my eyes are. I smile, looking back at where his eyes would be if they weren't covered by the bandana.
He blushes softly, and then slowly unties his bandana. After a moment or two, the bandana is on the ground, and I see his wonderful, forest green eyes. I sigh, and pull my clock mask off my face, revealing my gray eyes. We look at one another, enjoying seeing a part of the other we've never seen before.
He then leans forward, and without thinking, I lean forward as well. Our lips meet halfway, for a slow, yet passionate, kiss. It doesn't last long though, because soon after we both pull away from hearing a few simple words.
"What the heck is going on here?!"
I turn my head to see a Galaxy colored Steve, and I sigh from my mistake I clearly made.
