Hey, guys! I'm back! My iPod got fixed and I can continue the story! We are back on track!! Woohoo!

I can't believe it. Did Hannah really go this far to get me? It's hard to get this in my head so fast. Eventually we all went home but I was silent for a very long time. Not like an ignoring kind of silent. I mean, the weird silent where you have nothing to say so you stay quiet and you almost seem invisible. When Luke, Ash, or Calum asked me something, of course I answered but I only answered in small talk. Like, if Ash asked me, "So how are you feeling? A bit better?" I just responded with, "Yeah." Then I was silent. It was 4:59 and I was on the couch watching TV. I may have been watching it but I wasn't listening. I was too into the fact that Hannah tried to kill me. And Calum sure seemed to notice it. He said to me, "Nicole, the police are going to talk to Hannah. It's gonna be alright." He was sitting beside me on the couch. I turned to him and replied, "Was it that obvious?"

Calum: Well by the way you've been acting, yeah, I think I could tell you were thinking about Hannah.

Nicole: (Sighs) I just can't seem to process in my head that Hannah actually tried to kill me.

Calum: I know, it's a hard thing to think about. But knowing Hannah --

Nicole: No, I've known Hannah. But she would never do this.

Calum: So what are you thinking? That someone else tried to poison you?

Nicole: No, I know it's Hannah. It's just why she would want to. I mean, I know she hates me and stuff but... (sighs) Maybe I'm thinking about it too much.

Calum: Probably. But it's great to hear you talk again. Yay, no more small talk!

Nicole: (laughs) Hey, did we have lunch?

Calum: Well, you were in the hospital when we were supposed to have lunch so we didn't get to it. I can make it now though.

Nicole: Okay.

Calum then went into the kitchen to make dinner and just then, Ash came downstairs and said, "Oh, hey, Nicole. Whatcha watching?"

Nicole: I'm watching the marathon of Modern Family. It's on for 2 days straight.

Ash: (gasps)

Nicole: I know. 2 days. A week would be better but --

Ash: No, no. Not that. You just said more than 2 words! Thank goodness! You're back!

Nicole: Yeah, sorry for not talking very much before. I was... in a different world.

Ash: (laughs) Okay then.

Nicole: Wanna watch with me?

Ash: Actually, I came downstairs to ask you if you could help me with something.

Nicole: Oh, really? With what?

Ash: Well don't tell Calum but... (whispers) I may or may not have shattered his iPhone.

Nicole: YOU WHAT!? --

Ash: Shhhhh!! You can't let Calum know. Please promise you won't tell him.

Nicole: Don't worry. Your secret is safe with me. But how in the world did you shatter his iPhone?

Ash: Well... uh, I was a little curious and, heh, may have wanted to read Calum's texts.

Nicole: What? Why would you wanna read his texts?

Ash: (Sighs) I thought he may have been texting a girl. Like, he might've been texting a new girlfriend.

Nicole: Oh, my gosh, Ash, really? (sighs)

Ash: I know, I know. I'm so stupid.

Nicole: No, you're not. It's fine.

Ash: Hey, on a whole new topic, uh, when are you inviting that Faith girl over again?

Nicole: You remembered her name?

Ash: Well, yeah. It's the prettiest name I have ever heard. I mean, her mother had the right brain to name her that.

Nicole: Ugh.

Ash: So when?

Nicole: I don't know. I could ask her today.

Ash: Awesome!

Nicole: But enough of that. Just show me the iPhone.

Ash: Okay. Come to my room.

I went up to Ash's room and he closed the door when we both got in. He opened a drawer from his desk and handed me the phone. I took it and gasped.
